my wife bought me a mach 3 power shaver which i find less than useless,
in the short time i have owned it i have gone through 4 packs of blades,
when shaving the blades fall out i have not had a decent shave since receiving it.

I have been using Gillette blades for last 15 years. Recently I have noticed that Mach 3 is nowhere near to what it was earlier. The shave doesn't get closer even after 2 pulls. i have to replace blade every 2 or 3 shaves.
before i was purchasing from small stores, then i started to purchase from city market stores saddar branch rawalpindi pakistan thinking they may be having Genuine products. but things went reverse. the stuff i purchased was totally rubbish. they r cheating the customers.

i launched a complaint against Mach 3 blades and also provided all details to Gillette authorities but after lapse of months no response has been carried out yet. its shows that Gillette authorities are not willing to take action against the problem created due to their manufactural fault. i am using gillette products since 1994 but now i have dicided to stop using this product because the standard and qualities are compromised by the Gillette authorities
