You’re all a bunch of righteous bigots. Why do you decide what is "right" and who should live and die and when? Natural disease happens...death is a given...not everyone feels the need to live on chemicals and machines. When were all of you made God?
The same question can be asked of you and the mother.

It can be and that is our right as American's, but when you "impose" your believes on me that's a whole other story...that is the difference my friend. Your opinion is one thing, but when you start making (or interpreting them when convenient in most cases) "laws" on them to require me to live by your opinion that is when we have a problem in a society built on freedoms. Freedom is a double edge sword...you cannot only use it when it fits your belief…both ways must be allowed for it to work.

Interesting that with all the debate on healthcare, they chose to run to a country (for his cure) with socialized medicine and no sanitary water. Why are we not hearing more on this California lawyer who is orchestrating all this? Earlier SPPD article cited this lawyer ushering the Mom/Child out in the middle of the Dr's appt...shouldn't she be as guilty of a crime or being a lawyer absolves her from any guilt in all this?

Run Mama and Danny

The court that has no perception of life relinquished that reality years ago when they told parents that it would now be legal to kill an unwanted child,

A court in Florida ordered the death of Terry Schibel against a mother that saw life in her eyes, Then kill Terry , they did

Now a minnesota Judge has ordered the natural parent and guardian to accept medicine ordered by the court so Danny will live.

I suppose denying the all powerful court its satisfaction as all knowing and powerful position will soon have a warning that Danny and his Mom are armed and dangerous and should be approached with caution,

Live the life that God gave you Mom and Danny, The court does not own your soul, so run. run from the court that has no perception of life or death.
God bless your whole family.

I think she should come back and work through the courts. Her own group of people believe she should come back. Religious beliefs are each individual's beliefs. There are a lot of cancer survivors in our church and these chose their treatments. Religion really does not enter into this, this is the mother's fears brought on by a court order. Had there been no order she may have been persuaded to allow more treatment for her son, she still might if they let things cool on that and come to some sort of agreement.

I am sure the "court" would be more than happy to issue a retroactive abortion decree so the court could save its integrity,

It is wrong to underestimate the love of a mother for her child, She is now a felon on the run in the eyes of a court that approves the killing of the un born, does anyone see the hypocracy here,

Trust the mother, her son and God, They will be just fine.

I think that those of you who use this tragedy as a political issue are out to abuse this misguided woman and her gravely ill son. For shame.

Exactly which "court" has ordered a felony warrant against the mother? Is it the court of statutory law,. Is it the abortion coutr? opr is it the court that ordered the death of a comotose woman in florida........ If you see only politics in this issue you should think again, It is dysfunctional law interferring with the most basic freedom that we have to choose our own destiny, This 13 year old is no dimwit and is speaking for himself, Who appointed the court as the ultimate ruler of a free citizens own personal freedoms? Are you that knoledegable you can call the mother "Misguided?... for arrogance !

Interesting how you as a alleged right wing law abiding person belittle a judges decree. Interesting also how your narrow mindedness clouds your respect for the law when it does not fit your personal views.
Interesting to say the least.
Maybe you are the "misguided" one.

"In 1988, Burzynski got a tremendous boost when talk-show hostess Sally Jesse Raphael featured four "miracles," patients of Burzynski, who she said were cancer-free. The patients stated that Burzynski had cured them when conventional methods had failed. In 1992, "Inside Edition" reported that two of the four patients had died and a third was having a recurrence of her cancer.(The fourth patient had bladder cancer, which has a good prognosis.) The widow of one of Raphael's guests stated that her husband and five others from the same city had sought treatment after learning about Burzynski from a television broadcast -- and that all had died of their disease." This 13 year old is no dimwit? Did you miss the previous articles about him being illiterate? I am all about the freedom to make your own choices when you are WELL informed of the issues, but, somehow I highly doubt this child truly understands given the complextity of cancer and cancer treatments.. most adults don't understand. He is impressionable and believes what he's been told by his parents. That is not being well informed.

If you can show me in statutory law where an appointed judge can make life and death decisions for a family in free America. Except for the legal killing of the unborn or the decree to disconnect life support on a defenseless comotose patient so she can conviently die cause her legal guardian (her husband was inconvienced by the comotose wife) her father and birth mother was a non factor to hizzhonor and had no say in the matter.
The lawfanatics that are chasing danny and his mother like dogs need to back off and let the real judge decide what is best for Danny,His family and Not some lion on a throne with jackels under it.
This is NOT statutory law but an activists decision by an appointed judge to appoint his self Parent, In the real world this activist judge is a non factor,

When Americans signed the contract with our government WE allowed them to make laws with full respect of the last citizen, and before a law can be made it must get the full attention of the citizens through their elected representative, then the Senate has to search every nook and cranny to be sure the law is in compliance with the laws of the state and it's people.
You said "If you disobey the law you must br punished, as simple as that"

I nave never heard of a law that can arbitraily allows a decree of an appointed Judge to assume full guardianship over a fully functional family,
when they have broken no law. This is serious,

Will the judge be appointed guardian over poor families where the children are not getting the right nutrients, and need new clothes, and matbe a new computer for their school work? where does it start and begin Julie?

I need to know more about this so called religious treatment. Is it real, who came up with this treatment plan, does it have success? Was the person who came up with this treatment ever brought up on fraud charges? Do the parents of this so called home treatment program pay monthly fees for the products? I watched the news with all these bottles that were suppose to take care of certain ailments. Did those bottles really take care of the ailments? I am concerned about a child who is in so much pain and a parent wishes to seek alternative treatment. A child of that age does not wish pain upon his body. He/she wants it to go away. There is some influence here and that is what our justice system is looking into. Protecting children whose parents can't or won't.

Okay, the next time you exceed the speed limit, if you are not caught by the police, you are going to go directly to the nearest station and turn yourself in?
