This reminds me of a story of a woman who had a stroke, the ambulance came and saved her, but she yelled at them and said "I DIDN'T WANT TO BE SAVED!". I think they should just let him go if he doesn't want the chemotherapy, it's his life, let him do what he wants, not everyone wants to be saved and lets nature take it's course.
