An Indianapolis-based company that makes promotional gifts carrying corporate logos has filed for bankruptcy protection and will be acquired by a California firm.

Another poorly run company putting their suppliers in a tough spot. How is it okay for a company to run up orders, hoard cash and then declare bankruptcy. Mgmt should not get paid a penny more.

I used to work there when it was a profitable company with excellant management. Then AUI, Then was sold to Norwood and went down hill from there, too many questionable upper management decisions.
