They need to do something about those people who drive 45 and back traffic up for a mile as we're struggling to get to work. And the first and second cars in line behind them should get it too for not passing when they have the chance!! This road tests my patience and if I didn't have to work in Madisonville I wouldn't travel it. If there was ever a road that needed to be a 4-lane it is this one.

Makes me wonder why such a vague question was posed. Perhaps you can enlighten us with a sound reason as to why such a task was proposed?

I guess a little extra enforcement on a road that has had increased traffic accidents cost you money because you were on the wrong end of a citation.

I'm real good at brake checking when someone tailgates me. I'd love to have a new ride. Before it's over, someone will have my car for a hood ornament and I will get me a new one. So keep tailgating people! All I have to do is pull that emergency brake one time. I brake check a lot and it really pisses people off. Not as bad as they piss me off though! Gosh I'd love to have a new car. The way people here drive, that probably won't be too long!!!

You know that is right, he did an interview with the paper where he said he was gonna stop that and concentrate on the drug problem, wonder what happened to that policy?

I was told not too long ago that the law was changed about those "brake checks". Something having to do with improper braking. Not sure if it's true, but you may wanna check it out before you give someone a nose job.

I get sick of ppl going through downtown at a whopping 20mph. Or even worse, the ppl that go 5 under any speed limit. Slow fu€ks!! This town has some shitty drivers. But, every city has them. It's not just madville

LOL. I'm glad someone told me. Guess I'll ease up on the brake checking now. I would hate to have to pay for a nose job lol. Still, people tailgating drives me insane.

I'd still check and make sure. It may be BS. I hate tailgaters too, even tho I do it to ppl going 20 IN A 35 downtown!!!! I won't if they are going the speed limit tho

Let's review. Brake check to smash a tail gater's car.

Lots of possible damage plus possible injuries. Loss of wages and transportation, increased insurance premiums, possible litigation, and risk of assault for being a jerk to begin with.

Am I missing anything?

Maybe the old chief could throw whisky bottles at them to make them stop. Or will cox could flash his badge and gun to write them some tickets.
