STATE PRISON? Did i read that right? I'd faint also. Unless he has a violent criminal history or a long line of felony arrests, i'd faint also. The animal in Allentown get 20 years for killing someone. Three years for theft. Something is wrong. What is the whole story.

This guy was a THIEF. He needs to pay for his crime. Ripping people off has to stop and this sends a good message.

It was multiable cases of theft, and any sentence or 2 years, means state time. It's about time these judges give some of these losers real sentances, instead of a slap on the wrist

I'd have to say that my "beef" with it is that like what was said, people that do worse things get less time. That being said, everybody hates a thief! Especially one that rips off their employer as well as innocent customers.

I guess it depends on which county you do your crime in. Go to Schuylkill County - you could commit murder and get less time.

Yea he will do some time . So how will the new contractor law going into effect next week change any of this? It won't , there will still be rip offs but now the state and insurance companies will get a cut and that will drive up costs for us all .Pa. citizens have lost a lot of freedom the past few years.

Little old ladies get sentenced to jail, but it's a 25 year-old MAN who faints when he hears his sentence? He should've taken it like a man. And now I'm sure he will be forced to 'take it' like a man, after he's incarcerated.(Thinking about that experience is probably why he fainted.) So long, Long...you gon' be gone for a looooong time.

In the adjacent article, someone got less time for a home invasion during which a resident was pistol-whipped.

It's why the Law has always been called "a a**."
