these town homes are cheap, and not worth the asking price. there have been robberies during construction. builder will half way finish project and then leave town. company was created by has been half ass business man and his wife

they are cheap they are not selling now they've resulted to renting them. just another neighborhood to breed crime and lower the value of homes in the area. the people responsible are unethical crooks, not just the half ass busineses man and his wife, his business partner also. I live down the street and my company has done business with them, no morals at all. don't buy these condos, they will not be around long enogh to help if anthing goes wrong.

Has anyone noticed the sign at the corner? Written in English and Spanish. What does this tell you? They are trying to appeal the Hispanics in the area since this one of the highest Hispanic areas in the county. They are trying to provide what they would like people to think of as "High End" while selling them at a lower price. They hoped the combination of high style and lower price would attract the Hispanics,most of whom are here illegally.

I say let these so-called developers go bankrupt and lose everything. They are just creating another Greenville Arms of the near future.
