My statement is why do we need to have more money spent on a Distance learning course for teachers there are are universities/colleges around and in Western North Carolina we have Western Carolina University where most teachers can drive and take night classes. This is my second year teaching high school art in the mountains I think it is a total waste of government money WE DON'T NEED CRAZY DISTANCE LEARNING lets try to conserve money the economy is getting worse everyday.
