How unethical can you be to bad mouth another business. I am a very happy customer of Greenleaf, and it is hardly a "bogus" jewelry company. If you are going to criticize others at least you should learn how to spell.

Trust me I have been to jewelers in the Carribean and I have dealt with Greenleaf Diamonds, there is absolutely no comparison. Greenleaf is a family owned and operated business and is one of the most ethical jewelers I have ever dealt with. You clearly have never actually spoken to the owners of this company.

I thought tourism was helpful to your economy. What business do you own? Perhaps i should spread that to the guest of our cruise ships.

I recently reported one of Greenleaf's subsidiaries, Skagway Gold Rush, to the Alaskan BBB. I purchased a ring there last week, and within two days it began to disintegrate. I have written to them TWICE, with no response. I say that Greenleaf and Skagway Gold Rush are related because the email on the sales slip I received was [e-mail]. If the owner of this company reads this review, it would be prudent to check his email for two from me. I included pictures and my receipt. I would like to see this resolved as soon as possible.

I first purchased from Andre 2 1/2 years ago and I was very satisfy with what I bought. I visit Andre a month ago and purchesed a dimond for my wife and a watch for myself.
I have been very happy with what I purchased from Mr Sengal and I will travel to Alaska again and buy from Andre.

I also purchased a ring from them that turned out to be a complete fake. I took it to a shop to be cleaned, the ring never left my site so I know the stone wasnt switched. The owner of the shop advised me that the stone was NOT a diamond, was a complete 100% fake!!!! No response from them via phone or email!!!

I totally agree. Angre Sengul, manager of Greenleaf diamonds in Skagway, is not a reputable businessman. I purchased $3400 worth of jewelry on my trip to Alaska back in 2008 only to lose diamonds from 2 pieces of the jewelry (within a month of purchase) and also to find out when I took it to a jeweler in my area (at the ok of Mr. Sengul, and was told to send him the bill) that the stones were glued into the settings!!!! I am still fighting with him to get a reimbursement and just received another e-mail telling me I am too aggressive and he will not reimburse me. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Andre (Owner) would never ever sell or mention fake diamonds to anyone,what a shameful thing to say about a Man who's (HONEST) loves his work and his customers , I've been dealing with him for 4 years now and he's by far the most honest of all Jewelers ....he can't make everyone happy I guess , just like his savior he always talks about....Jesus Christ .....

There are negative BBB complaints against them as well.
I have also spoken with several people in Whitehorse who have been ripped off here as well. I have no reason to lie, I'm not angry about anything else and I gave them several chances to replace the fake diamond. I think they sell good stuff to customers who will be coming back and one time customers get fake crap.
