You obviously don't know who you are talking about. Chuck is a wonderful friend, uncle, pilot, brother and son. He helps lots of people including thru his medevac work. We love you Chuck.

I agree you don't know who or what you are talking about. Before you print slanderous and untrue blogs you better get your facts straight, otherwise you maybe looking at a lawsuit.

What an awful, horrible thing to say!!! I knew Chuck for several years, and he could be a very sweet man and wonderful friend.

Even though I fear the worst, I am praying they find Chuck alive and well, sitting on a rock catching fish or something. I worked with Chuck for a couple years, eleven years ago, and he was a great person, pilot, and friend. Some of my best and funniest memories in Alaska were because of him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.

Karma, you should watch what you say... it will come back to bite you. Not to mention it is just rude and insensitive.

We all thank everyone for the many positive thoughts, prayers, countless hours and tireless effort put into his search. We love Chuck very much and feel so blessed for him that he was able to do everyday what he truly loved. He spoke of so many wonderful people, places and things that made Alaska his home. How fortunate he was to live a life that was so full of adventure, natural beauty and God's awesome creation! While I am sad for our loss, I feel most sad for someone who would feel the lack of heart or soul to make such a horrid and hateful comment. You are the one that is truly lost!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Chuck and his family. He served our community over the years with his many medevac flights, including numerous family members. It was always a relief to see Chuck, one of Alaska's best, climb out of the plane. Our hearts are with you during this time.

To whomever Bad Karma is: Shame on you!

As a former co-worker and a past girlfriend of Chuck's, he was a wonderful, caring man during our 2 1/2 years together. A great listener and very conscientious at his job, especially as he progressed up the ladder at one of the little airlines he worked for.

I hope and pray that he will be found safe, and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

I went to pilot school for 4 years with Chuck Thompson and was roomates with him for about 2 of those years. I have some of my best memories and stories from college with Chuck as the central character. He is a great guy and friend. He is a determined individual with a strong personality, if you didn't get to know him it is your loss Bad Karma. I hope for his safe return so he can tell me the story of his ordeal.

Chuck has spent many years serving our communities as the best pilot that I have had the privilege to know.
Chuck is a person that I admire very much. There are very few people that are there for you unconditionally. Chuck is one of those people. He demonstrates kindness to those around him. He accepts others as they are. He has made a positive difference in my life, and the lives of so many others. Chuck, Bless You. Bless you for the WONDERFUL person that you are.

Chuck is a wonderful mann with a big heart. Until my first flight with Chuck I feared flying. Chuck took me on my first small aircraft flight. Thanks to Chuck I have seen some of Alaska's rare sights, waterfalls, rainbows and islands. You taught me about clouds and how they affect an aircraft. Thank you for all your memories you have given to me. Chuck I am praying for your safe return. However I know if you don't return your kind heart will allow your heart to soar in those clouds, just like the piper chiefton you flew.

To Bad Karma..........when people do good it always comes back two fold.....well it's the same for when people do or say bad!!!~ be careful!!!!
Because Chuck is such an Awesome person, always happy,funny-joking, and always very SINCERE too!~ loved helping people, and most of all...., ALL of the KAKE people LOVED him! as far as we were concerned he was a Kake person, family.. and always was even after he left Kake. And he knew it! Like the person above said we were always so happy and relieved when Chuck stepped off of the plane, we knew it would be a safe ride where ever he would take us!
To his family, the Kake family is still keeping up hope, that they will find him okay!!! Our prayers, and love are with all of you, at this difficult time.
Come back to us safe and sound CHUCK!!! God Bless!

From the moment my family and I arrived in Sitka we have felt the amazing love, support and kindness of Chuck's friends. We are so blessed to be able to see the beauty of Alaska that he so loved and respected. We have felt like we have his friends as part of our family - for those of you who have shared your kind thoughts and memories, you too are part of our family because of the respect, love, fun memories and care you shared with Chuck and now with us. Much love and strength to all! We will treasure these days here in the place he called home!!

Chuck is a person of high caliber. funny and caring. made those who flew with him at ease. if we ever had to fly, we were always relieved to see chuck as the pilot. especially if it was bad weather chuck made us feel safe. when he flew out a family member on a medivac we knew that they would arrive safely. he was someone we trusted our lives. as a parent i was always relieved when he flew the students to the different communities for sports.
to chucks family-our hearts ache and yet we still hope and pray that he'll be found.

to BAD KARMA...God Bless You...You REALLY need it.

Daily Horoscope for June 18

Sagittarius

It's a great day for mixing and mingling with people you always get on well with, so try not to keep yourself to yourself too much as that would be a real shame on a day when you're feeling so convivial and friendly. Speaking of friends, you'll enjoy spending time with them now, especially if you share some core values.
