Employee at my work has had a dealer paper tag on his vehicle for 10 months. Dealer (on White Horse Road) gives him a new dealer paper tag every 30-45 days. This car is not registered so no property tax is paid, nor does the person have insurance. Reported this to Greenville County police, Greer City police (where his employer is located) and the SCDMV. Is there anyone who cares about this? Wonder how much money Greenville is losing from this type of thing? I'm sure it also goes on in other counties. What happens when this guy "hits and runs" one day.

Likely the person has managed to get their hands on the dealers paper tags and uses a marker to put dates on them (45). I suggest you contact the SC Highway Patrol in your area and let them know. Also tell them you are emailing Governor Haleys office about the matter. Believe me, an investigation will take place.
