Closing early is not the answer; the answer is making the owners of the bars clean up the clientele. A person can start a fight and be back in the clubs the next weekend. Unless you like a lot of brawling stay home! There should be a policy that any time a club gets a certain amount of calls for police or police have to intervene x amount of times they should have to close.
