A 22-year-old Montana man has been arrested after his 4-year-old daughter was left in a car for hours in below-zero temperatures.

For a person to leave their child in a freezing car for any reason is disgusting. If that wasn't bad enough he left her in the car so that he could go in to "visit" a 13 year old girl.
