If people heard arguing and a man running away from the scene and who knows what else was witnessed then how did they come to this conclusion so quickly?

I think it should concern everyone in that community that a homocide happens in their neighborhood and it is not investigated thoroughly and completely ,but is written off as a suicide when they have witnesses to back up the scenario of a murder . Is it worth the title of safest city in america if it isnt true? It is not a good sign that no one cares about the people as much as their property taxes.

Was there a gun? Fingerprints? Because if it was suicide wouldnt the gun be there by her side. It is really weird how they have just dropped it so quick. Crazy. I wouldnt want to believe that its because of wanting to stay one of the safest city. Thtas alittle to much. But one never knows anymore. I really have never seen something as serious as what has happened here and just had it been left alone with not even coverage or anything on tv. Especially when you have driven by the park that night and saw the tv vans an news crew there. I did see it on tv that night as soon as I got home but then I did not see anything about it either on tv, newspapers or online. Just about it being a suicide. If it was then I respect that they keep it quiet for respect to the family and all, but atleast they should give is some more facts of because they rule it a suicide. Not details of the reason she was driven to that, but facts of why they came to the conclusion of what went on in the park that night. That way we can live with some peace of mind and we all feel in someway security of living here. Just a thought....

THIS WOMAN DIDN'T KILL HERSELF. THEY SWEPT IT UNDER THE CARPET SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION. I WENT TO THE FUNERAL AND WITNESSED NOT ONLY MY PAIN FOR LOSING A FRIEND BUT HER MOTHERS PAIN, BROTHERS PAIN AND SO MANY OF HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO HAVE LOST A GOOD PERSON IN THERE LIFE.SHE DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE IGNORED AND IF IT WAS ONE OF THERE OWN KIDS WOULD THEY IGNOR THE ISSUE? SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A GUY HERD GUN SHOTS (WOULD MEAN MORE THAN ONE) AND THEN THE TRAIN. SOUND LIKE THE GRL GOT SHOT AND THE PERSON WHO DID IT TRIED TO COVER UP THE NOISE WITH THE ON COMMING TRAIN. WHY WOULD A 23 YEAR OLD GIRL HAVE A GUN, WHERE DID SHE GET IT? WAS THE GUN EVEN FOUND WITH HER BODY? WHO WOULD PLAN TO KILL THEM SELFS IN A DARK PARK LATE AT NIGHT ON A BENCH? DOES NOT MAKE SENCE, SIMI VALLEY POLICE TRY TO COVER EVERYTHING UP SO WERE ARE KNOWN AS THE MOST SAFE CITY, BUT REALY THEY ARE HURTING THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE. WE SHOULD ALL BE AWARE IF SOMEONE GETS SHOT IN A PARK HERE BY WHO KNOWS WHO, THEN MAYBE WE WILL SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM GETTING SHOT, AND PEOPLE WONT GO THREW THE PARKS WE THINK ARE SAFE LATE AT NIGHT....YEAH JUST LET THIS PERSON GET AWAY WITH THIS AND KILL SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

Just like most things that are forgotten so quickly in peoples self absorbed lives so has this incident which has no closure but the authorities saying it was a suicide and case closed. I was at the park after the incident took place and even tried telling an officer that I may know who was involved there and that I would leave a number if they had questions or needed some info to help put things together and was told that I needed to step back and that it was an ongoing investigation taking place. Volunteer to give info and dont even get acknowledged made me think that something more was going on here than was being disclosed. I have wondered what really happened that day and if she was alone or met someone there and things went badly. Do you think that much thought was shown by the authorities that protect and serve the city?

She was my room-mate at one time and a very good friend. I know her, and i know that no matter how hard shit ever got for her she would never ever think about killing herself! She would have smoked a joint before she would throw in the towel.
I heard about what happened and what is not happening, and it really makes me angry that some jerk off is going to get away with murder and my friend is not important enough to the investigators for them to be honest. It's B.S. i am sure if it was someone from Simi Valley who was known then it wouldn't have been swept under the rug as my friend said and there would be a major investigation underway. Protect and Serve, Ummm where, when, shit like this happens and a killer runs away free but get an under the influence and your just about going to prison... Go figure... I know that her friends aren't going to ignore this... She was so beautiful and loving and would never think about hurting anyone she does not have this coming... where is the gun... Who RAN????

Yea well SIMI police do cover up shit big time. This murder was a murder.. the gun was gotten in the homeless camps in Simi Valley. I can't disclose where or how I know this but I was there and I saw the exchange. It's sick that the cops can't figure out who did it. I am sorry for the family. They guy in question now lives in Moorpark CA and is OUT Of JAIL from other charges. He's a known assisin in Simi. and the Cops know it.. there has to be a cover up on this case.. it's sick..

Simi valley has and will always be rife with corruption, its run by Hell's angels in collusion with Scottish rite Freemasons who have ties to Sonny Barger. They sell meth and shill people under the rug, they get your hands dirty, you pay for their BMW's and then they leave you double tapped in black canyon.
