To my way of thinking another layer of government will be very costly. Housing the new "officials", saleries, retirement plans, medical plans, dental plans, insurance for city structures and protection from the many opportunities of being sued .This is just the tip of the iceberg.. To have speakers come from communities of other counties lends me to believe facts from Bainbridge Island and Port Orchard would give more reason NOT to incorporate..
