I don't know where your getting this from the owner is not Travis's father. Also the 26 degrees has todo something with the temperature of beer.

Was Travis there? Is so was he involved with the fight? His gang killed a gay guy at the jack in the box a few years ago. We all have been affected by this horrible impression blink 182 has left on corona.

According to Wikipedia Travis' father is named Randy. I personally know Franco and I don't believe it's an alias or that he changed his name.

it's supposed to mean a GANG thing, associated with FSU, Travis Barkers gang. His gang killed a kid ( Sean) at jack in the box. Gang related :(

Does it really matter if Franco or Randy is Travis' dad? What is the relevance of the bar name? The owner of the bar was not the person who ran over Bryan. People need to focus on getting information to help catch the madman that killed Bryan. Get it together Corona - somebody has to have seen the murderers license plate or a part of it. Call in anonymously - it is the right thing to do. What if it was your loved one that was killed?

Found this on Yelp, most useful information I have heard regarding the situation. Prayers to all involved.
**********I was a customer on Saturday, December 8th during the altercation in which a man was murdered outside the parking lot...
TRUST, you do not want to be at this bar at anytime, the bar owners and management team did not handle this in the correct manner, the next time you are at this bar you could become a victim due to the poor management.
The incident occurred when an african american man entered the bar which was not welcomed,(he was banned) from another incident from months before..
Instead of escorting the man out in a controlled manner they (being the employees and owner) began to make Racial Slurs towards the man. The man became upset and through a beer into the bar on the way out, at this time the bar employees and usual customers began to RUSH the man out the doors..
Due to this incident the brawl went out into the parking lot which turned into a 25+ man vs. 2 Men jumping.
The men then jumped into there truck reversed and plowed through the crowd of people outside the bar..
One Man by the name of Bryan Van Noy was killed instantly after being run over and another girl was badly injured by being stuck by the truck.
This bar is not a safe environment to be in. At any time the emplyees and or bar owners can cause chaos with a customer and you do not want to be involved in it.
My prayers are with the families of the ones injured.

That young man was not gay. He was my precious little brother. I agree with you as far as Barker and the FSU/ECB bullshit. But, please make sure your facts are straight before you publish them about someone who is no longer around to offer corrections.

This is so true! I was only trying to provide enough info to maybe get the posts away from the Travis barker gang nonsense and to focus on the real issue as you mention. Thought the facts would quiet that but I guess not.

Even if what you say about your brother is true, the murder could have still been homophobic.

Actually they sent an email to the entire city database on Monday asking for any info...obviously this does not reach people not on the lists but it's not as if they are trying to cover it up.

First and foremost it never ceases to amaze me the amount that adults gossip! Travis Barker used to live in Corona that is the only thing him and this situation have in common. He is not related to the proprietors of 26 degrees (which is the temperature they keep their beer nothing subliminal). Secondly the young man whom was murdered in front of jack in the box years back was the victim of group of spoiled suburban loser kids who thought they were tough in a group, once again no relation to Travis barker. As far as the corona pd goes they are a stand up group and withhold information if it is crucial to the case they cannot release all the details until the case is solved. As far as 26 degrees goes its not a bad place, I was actually going to go there on Saturday night but chose otherwise. I would say that the bar owner and the staff are very friendly and have many regulars, this could creat a mob mentality when a customer is disrespectful to staff causing all of the regulars defend the bar. This is what led the altercation in the parking lot and the unfortunate loss of life. This is a very very sad situation and we as whole need to step back and look at this situation two lives have been ruined over pride and alcohol.....

I never heard a GUN go off, It was a window being blown out. The sounds are very distinctive. I saw a bunch of people walking away so this means he was walking after being shot??? Still Don't understand why their bringing a gun into play? Could be that is the only way police usually respond faster. And to the people saying that Franko is Travis's dad are idiots! Franko has alwasys been cool and courteous to me never has disrespected me. But Franko is old and bald looks old school Italian/Sicilian and TRavis looks simple White Trash... So no way to get them confused or look one bit like each other Maybe if he was adopted but doubt
that.
