Ryan Lahuti caters to Spanish people not Americans. This is what his employee Nydia told me personally. Nydia his employee told us that he prefers Spanish people. We are white. He preferred Latinos so much that she told MR Lahuti that my wife was half Spanish. I think he realized we were white and he put us through the ringer and we walked away. He is racist. and also from what I have read he is a slum lord. I didn't like him or his properties from the beginning. All fair housing laws were broken. I guess siunce he is a lawyer he thinks he can do whatever. Well I could care less to me he is a racist piece os sh*#

Ryan is the worst lawyer, boss, etc... he pays sh*t for all the money he takes away from his PI cases he has lots of wonderful employees but Ryan and his wife Isabella Lahuti are just lazy mother f**kers that just think about money and where they are traveling next.... Isabella she is just a joke she still thinks she is 18 years old wearing some short and colorful dress with those chicken legs!!! so please if u need a lawyer DO NOT go to him he will just take more then half the money and say it's for the doctor bills. If an adjuster reads this i would audit all his cases as he likes to cut and paste to make u think that the client has still to pay the full bill, when PIP or health insurance has already paid it!!! Ryan is a JOKE!!!!

Sometimes people don't realize how bad reviews affect their business. I'm looking for a lawyer now. Although, I've only seen this guy's commercials on Spanish tv, this reviews are enough for me to not be willing to risk hiring this guy.

Ryan is an amazing hard worker that worked very well with my case, yes some pople think he is an ass but he gets the job done. when you are high up there you sometimes over look little things. and i guess thats where ryan stands at. he over looks the small things, and is just about help his people out along with making his money. so yes, you can all talk bad about person but the only damage we are creating is to ourselves. so if you want the job done Ryan is your guy. his staff is amazing, along with his wife.

Auto insurance scam ring busted, FBI says

Federal authorities have charged a Silver Spring lawyer and three other people in what was called a scheme to recruit auto accident victims into faking their injuries to collect inflated insurance claims. As part of the investigation into widespread and long-running conspiracy to defraud auto insurance agencies, the FBI and the D.C. police conducted an undercover operation and dropped a false crash report into the police department's system for traffic accident reports, documents said. A special agent posed as the driver who had been rear-ended.
Court records offer the following account:
A day after the fake report was put in the system, the undercover agent received a call from Alba Bustamante, who said he obtained the accident report and referred him to Ryan A. Lahuti, a personal injury lawyer with offices in Silver Spring and Rockville.
When the driver explained that he was not injured, Bustamante told him "it didn't matter," Lahuti worked directly with a chiropractor in Falls Church, documents said. She explained that he just needed to give the chiropractor Lahuti's business card and tell the chiropractor that his back and neck hurt. The undercover agent could "pocket" $4,000 or $5,000, she said.
"Why not take advantage?" Bustamante reportedly said.
Bustamante drove the undercover agent to the chiropractor's office. The undercover agent explained to the chiropractor that he felt no pain, no dizziness and did not suffer from an headaches or loss of sleep.
The chiropractor said the agent's back was out of alignment and he could get treated and have it paid for with the accident insurance.
"You should take advantage of the situation and just get treated from the accident; get taken care of because I don't know if [the injuries were] pre-existing or not," the chiropractor was recorded as having said.
Later, Lahuti's assistant, Nancy Yaneth Reyes, told the undercover agent that he needed to get 25 visits with the therapist to get the maximum amount of insurance money.
The law office submitted the chiropractor's report to insurance company and demanded $8,000. The company settled for $2,000. Lahuti presented the undercover agent with a check for a $800.
Court documents also alleged that Lahuti falsified his claims for his own injuries in a biking accident. He said the crash left him totally incapacitated and listed dates of his treatments, when court records show he and his wife were out of the country, documents said.
Charged with wire fraud and health care fraud were Bustamante and Kenneth Carlton Williams. Lahuti and Reyes was charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud.

I worked for this POS in 1998. At 1st my job description called for being a translator/desk receptionist. In my 1st week, he tells me his dad needed to be driven to MVA and get his license and to meet with a "certain" someone by the name of Mr. Pu at the MD DMV. No one existed by that name. His father failed the exam and Ryan is upset. He parades his title to everyone that "he's an officer of the court". I knew from this point forward he wasnt to be trusted. The workers at another location kept warning me to be sure and make clear to him that I'm not his personal assistant or his chauffer. I didn't take heed, I was young but I did learn my lesson. His mother comes to town. So naturally he wants me to escort her to the doctor's office in Fairfax. I drive her back and forth. I go to punch out for the night and he expects me to catch up on the work that he left me. I looked at him and said I'll do it tomorrow. He said no, NOW!!! really stern. I ended up telling my wife this dude is going to get fucked up if he doesn't respect me. My last week I had alreay made plans for the weekend with my wife and child. Ryan at the last minute tells me his mother needs to be driven to National Airport saturday. I told him NO and that my plans cannot be switched or accomdate his request. he kept begging me until he went to his office and closed the door. He calls me 1hr before the end of the day (5pm). He tells me I'm on a leave of absence. I knew I was fired due to saying no. He tells me that in soccer we are a team. I didnt do my job correctly and that I over stepped my bounds. He didnt want to pay me or pay my severence package. I kept my cool and double check my work since he didnt hire payroll clerks, we did our own time sheets and followed the tax codes. I kept telling him either you pay me in full or I can jam u up in some serious stuff that happens in this office. He gives in. There were days that I wanted to bash his skull or even call out the prick in middle of court hearings. It wasnt worth it, I just simply waited until I heard of his recent dealing with the FBI. One someone tells you You need to go to this auto mech for your car or I HIGHLY reco this dr and give him this card, I knew theres fraud or some type of kick back. If any DCPD or law agenceies look into this you should check EDDIES Auto Body in Silver Spring. He was always mentioned that clients needed to GO to his nobody elses. Also, check Dr. Alan Cornfield. He was another weirdo that always was tight with Ryan A**hole Lahuti. I've seen and met his tenants and all agree he's typical landlord who runs slums. As for his wife. I have nothing to say other than she maybe smart in some legal sense but I wouldnt trust her with my life, money, my family, and/or anything else. U can say she's a few Mickey D's fries short of a happy meal. He may get off due to his rich fortune but I hope he gets disbarred and never practice law ever again. What goes around comes around Ryan you piece of shit.

Interesting I read this. I had an accident and suffered from chronic pain since the accident. They told me that my insurance would pay for my the medical therapy to get better and lawyer fees. I trusted their counsel and I went to the treatments as they instructed. Well long story short, after months of therapy and then trying to get the insurance to pay the bills, they then say "oh your insurance won't cover this type of accident",and now I am left with thousands of dollars worth of medical bills, not only that I still have the pain. He likes working with Spanish people because he scams them. Since he saw that the insurance company wasn't going to pay him or the bills, he walked out. However, I was mislead, lied to, and now I am left with the bills. They should have told me from the start, it wasn't covered. But because of their ignorance or plain negligence, this is the end result. You expect lawyers to know their law.
