Im tired of my TV not working and Im truely sick of not being able to LOG ON..

There are always Multiple outages in Montgomery County..and I know that Im not alone in this..

I have TV issues as well, but my biggest complaint(s) are with the internet service. There are adds and pop ups EVERYWHERE. Even when I go to MY inbox, they are trying to sell stuff. It slows down the connection hugely when loading these frames. You also can't watch the video news items without getting a pop up add between every other one and the aren't just siemple adds, they are leading the pack in annoying. I don't think we should be subject to that kind of commercial bombardment considering the amount of money we pay to have this service. Sheesh, Yahoo, free email service has less adds than ,pay for use, comcast. Issue two: Comcast forums-once again, I pay for all comcast services so calling someone an asshole on comcast forums, should be my right, without cencorship or intervention. I now cannot get on comcast forums for something like ten years. They give you the minutes you are cut off. Ten years worth of minutes. And to top it off, the guy I called an asshole (I spelled it azzhole so it didn't really happen) insulted 10 people in his post that I was refering to, and no one tattled on him so he's still being a dick on the forum. If there are any lawyers out there that can see in this a breach of contract or any other basis for suit, I'm in! Contact me at [email protected] I'm in Chicago but will post this complaint everywhere until I get either an attorney to respond, or enough people behind my to hire one for class action. This is day one. A day Comcast should start to live in fear.

I had them in an apt in Germantown a few years back. I started feeling nickel and dimed by the rate increases so I dumped them. It took me probably 6mos of tiny bills AND tiny refund checks before they had my acct closed properly.

I got married and we moved into a house and transfered my wife's Comcast to the house. Same sh!t with the nickel and diming. One I think $2 increase it was explained wsa for Redskins games which we don't care about. The kicker was when they took away channels - but didn't lower the price - and said we had to get digital cable to get them back. My wife said "dump them. I don't care who you go with, that's bullsh!t". I went with DirecTV and so far, about a year, we really don't have any complaints with it. It's about $15/mo cheaper and we have more channels.

I just got Comcast this past weekend and I am already fed up. I am having problems with internet pop ups I never had with WOW. The whole system went out the other Tuesday and when I went to get on the internet after it came back up again, I had popups, and also got a virus that I still don't think Mcafee has found. When I shut down and bring the computer back up, it goes to safe mode, and won't lt me go back to my active desktop. The DVR sometimes won't show wht was recorded. I think I made a mistake getting Comcast. In almost 8 years with WOW or some facsimile of WOW I never had this kind of problem. I thought I was going to enjoy this, but I am p***** of now. The next time something goes wrong, I will switch back.

I had comcast for 14 Years (only because at McKinley Properties you are told, or were told that you HAVE to have comcast). We moved into a house and got dish network, and let me say that despite the stupid bitch on TV claiming it does, I have yet to loose my signal (dspite all the snow, wind, and rain storms). And I receive 250 channels for $30 less. What crap they tell you. I also have DSL an phone (Through a package deal) and have not had any problems in over a year. Do yourself a favor DROP COMCAST!!!!!!!!!!

Have had the vile craptasticons raiding my wallet for the past 3 years. Noticed the internet would get laggy on xboxlive and that the high def channels seemed fuzzy and blocky during fast sequences. I called the Comcast un-service department and was told nothing was wrong. Guess what happened? They introduced phone service shortly after. What does it mean? 3 services using the same bandwith, overcompression and lower bitrates=$ for Crapcast the consumer loses yet again. I downgraded my services to $14.95 a month and was hit with a $19.95 service fee, but guess what, cable is a want not a need I will save over a thousand dollars this year.

Get VERIZON FIOS people! Slightly slower menu and OD, but much better picture and a standard cable box comes with component video and optical audio output! Plus the widgets are cool too.

EVER SINCE I GOT TRIPLE PLAY IN APRIL TO SAVE MONEY, I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE IN TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN OUT BILLING,WROTE LETTER ON JUNE 6TH, SPOKE TO OVER FIFTY INCOMPETENT, RUDE EMPLOYEES,PROMISED CREDITS, PROMISED A NORMAL BILL, ALL IN VAIN. STILL BEING FRUSTRATED WITH OVERBILLING AND CANNOT GET THRU TO ANYONE TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE MATTER, IT IS OUTRAGEOUS, WILL SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME TO RESOLVE MONTHS OF STUPIDITY ON THE PART OF COMCAST AND THEIR EMPLOYEES?

I just received the Notice of Rate Increase effective November 1st!

To say COMCAST sucks is unnecessary, and unfair to vacuum cleaners.

I'm fed up as well. Came home on 24th of Oct. to find someone had changed my telephone number without telling me. It's been a nightmare trying to get it back. I'm still waiting after 2 more calls and over 2 weeks. It's created havoc with the person who's number I now have. I've been receiving telphone calls from Dr's offices, health facilities and such. Comcast doesn't know what 'customer service' is. Evidently the person who was trying to set up a new package disconnected the telephone by accident and could get same # ba back. No phone call, no letter of apology - nothing. I feel sorry for the other person who's # is now have.

I cancelled Comcast 4 months ago and still waiting for my refund. Today I filed a Better Buisness Buearu (sp) complaint. I couldn't get a phone number out of the rep I was talking with ofcourse but I got an address: I am not sure if this is only for the Chicago market or not.

Maybe with enough complaints something will be done. I am now with Direct Tv and LOVE it!!! I also went threw AT & T for phone and internet. I have had no problems and paying less for better service. Not to mention when I call, I get the correct answer the first time and every person I talk to gives me the same answer, unlike what I have experienced with Comcast. Do they train their employees???

Comcast has the most horrific customer service. The representatives from Comcast will not follow up with an issue. That includes Supervisors. So when you see a Comcast billboards add, CLOSE YOUR EYE, better yet just run as fast as you can in the opposite direction, if you see their commercial turn to a DIFFERENT STATION. If you move into a new apartment complex make sure they offer Verizon of Direct T.V. You will be better off just using RABBIT EARS!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!! It is so true that Comcast has the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I truly believe the employees make up answers to questions. No one gives the same answers! In my area, Comcast is the ONLY choice of cable company and I assume that is why they are so terrible. They don't have to worry about anyone not using them because of their terrible service. They do not keep scheduled appointments. It is terrible!
