Concerning Partial to NO Police Protection
As Tax-Paying Citizens of Baxter it is your right to have the police protection that is promised and is listed in our City Ordinances: Title 1, Chapter 4; Section 1-402 stating: Police to preserve law and order, etc. Policemen shall preserve law and order within the town. They shall patrol the town and shall assist the town court during the trial of cases.
