How? You can't even investigate a fart in a sewer line. Remember you spent all your time playing poker with Sam Rodriguez and telling your guys direct to go handle calls> Oh yea you were also busy selling out the union members to Jon Sorry.

NOT When you get re-elected IF you get elected you forget you were appointed by three women in faldas.
YOU WERE NEVER ELECTED !!!! THE LAST SHERIFF TO BE ELECTED WAS BULLY AND ART WAS THE UNDERSHERIFF

People as you can see Raul has to wait to work this case? Why is he waiting? Does he need someone to hold his hand? Maybe he should ask the commisioners if its ok to work this case or maybe he should ask Steve Aguirre Sr. and his grandson Mike Aguirre? Oh wait maybe Jon Sorry knows. Thats how he always has done things on others coat-tails never on his own accord, even his ideas aren't original. Well soon the comunity will VOTE.

Why hasnít anything been doing to solve this murder? They did not contact the F.B.I for help? I think itís a real shame that we have to be afraid to go outside our homes. I tried to call the county once for help but it took hours for someone to come by, now that is a real shame. Everyone blames the Hispanic problem in the sheriffís department but maybe they donít have the skills to solve whatever needs to be found. I hope that when Koonís gets elected that they find the dogs that did that to her. It sure takes a big man to hurt a woman, where their mothers failed I never know. I wish that the city would have a big gathering in the park for some kind of action for this girl. She did not deserve to die like that..God will deal with him or it or whatever in the next life.

Have you brought this to the attention of the Sheriff's office? I have to ask, was the State Police ever involved? I know this crim happened in the county but it is strange (for lack of a better word) that the Sheriff did not call them in and ask for assistance since they have a more sophisticated crime lab and resources for a double homicide. Tell me that her murder and that of the man found just a couple miles away were not connected!
I am not at all sure they are. The story going around about Rachel at the time she was found murdered is this: she had met a man on the internet some time before and he became her roommate, and word around town was that he wasnt a good guy and she was trying to rid herself of him, and then she was found murdered.I dont know much else.

If that is a rumor, it's not very thought out...where does the other murder fit in? Both bodies were dumped in the same area. That can't be a co-inky-dink can it? This case will never be solved because either the Sheriffs Dept are inept and really don't care or they are somehow involved because they are corrupt. Either way, not a good deal for the citizens of Grant County.
