Even though the local police can not press charges without a witness or evidence, why isn’t the pubic more outraged? How can they allow such a person live contently in their community without suffering? I’m sure if he was in my community we would make sure he would never forget the suffering and abuse that poor Trinity encountered by his own hands. Even if it was only a few slashed tires, dead rats on his front porch, etc.

I agree with you Linda. If a known animal abuser lived close to me, he would be subjected to daily disgust and I would take every opportunity available to make this person so uncomfortable they would wish to hell they had NEVER abused any animal.

Puppies have been a big target in Memphis, TN. Two just died due to horrific torture. Last week, two jeffrey dahmer wanna be's set fire to an innocent puppy. This is on Topix.

The authorities won't release this monster's name. I'd very much like to know his identity: I'm the one who found her on Ridge Road one year ago today, and I'm just as sickened and outraged by her ordeal now as I was then.

His name is Phillip Narvaez. He works at brocom in Silver City, NM. The dog's prior name was Precious.

Authorities only have circumstantial evidence. His name is Phillip Narvaez. He works in Silver City at Bro-Com.
