One has to wonder if the good professor's research noted that much of the North Shore is either highly used State Park land or very expensive real estate; neither very conducive to tall, lighted, bladed towers or power lines. I'm guessing next year's taxpayer funding will conclude there is much cold water in nearby Lake Superior.

Wow what a genius!! "The higher terrain by lake superior have high winds". You could of saved a lot of the tax payers money and asked any third grader from the North shore of lake superior and they would of told you that.
