MY condolence goes out to the family of Dustin Chamberlain whose life was far ahead of him but was cut short and such a tender age of 19 yrs old... My brother is the one that did this hideous act of violence on this teen. I cannot imagine why he even thought of doing such an act because that is the Mike I grew up with.. He was always just quite and laid back an didn't bother anyone. I know he was in a really deep depression state of mind after talking to his family but I just wish they would have told someone about how he was acting and talking maybe we could have gotten him some help.. Just breaks my heart because there are more than two families grieving over this and we don't have any kind of answers at all. Its as if it couldn't have happened.. I am in such shock and I've been numb since I was told of this Thursday at noon. If we just knew why he was there at that house to begin with.. No one seems to know. So sad that it came down to this and I would have never dreamed my brother would have done such a thing. I'd give anything to have Dustin back and I don't even know the family. He didn't deserve to die like this. I have three children of my own an I can only imagine what these parents are going through. I also had a daughter in pre-med and she is not a P.A. for Ear, Nose. and Throat in Ardmore. My youngest son is going to OSU studying to become a Doctor. so I know all to well what kind of person Dustin was without even knowing him.. He was an outstanding young man that knew what he wanted to be in life just like my three children. I know it's my brother's families fault either other than they should have known the symptoms of depression and they should have noticed how different he started acting from his normal self then seek some kind of professional help.. There is help out there but not if you dont' go seek it. I just don't know Why he went into that families home. if there was a motive then it would help but to just walk in someone home you don't know man I just don't get it. I just want to say I am so so sorry for this family having to deal with such a lose. They didn't deserve what my brother did to their son. I just talked to Mike on Sunday and he didn't sound like he was down or give me any kind of clue that he was depressed. I hadn't seen my brother in a yr. If I could have gotten up there in time I feel I could have talked my brother out of this. We were close growing up and he looked up to me. I was 7 yrs older than my brother. He was the youngest sibling out of 9 of us. He had 7 other brothers. I guess only God really knows why Mike was put in that situation and that home at the time he was. Still it breaks my heart to know my brother murdered another human being. Never would have guessed he could do such an act of violence like that. Again I want to say to the Chamberlain family My Prayers Go out to All of You..May God Wrap his Arms around you and you prepare to say your final goodbyes to Dustin. God Bless You. James and Glenda Ledbetter and family

1st, prayers for both families!! 2nd, We have heard the same that after "her" call to Mike, he was acting completely different. 3rd, HELP may come in the form of not being insulting to those left behind and wondering why. Agree to be leary of her as well, LIAR!! RIP

Yes be very weary of that glenda lady, especially around young children. She has quite the criminal history. still on probation for acts committed. such a tragedy, happy to have moved away from her. condolences to the affected families.
