I don't want to start fights, what they are doing for the community is, in and of itself, a good thing.
However, I feel it's wrong to lock ppl in a room afterwards and urge them to come forward and dedicate their lives to the Lord. It seems like a manipulation to me. It also ignores the fact that many there are already churched ppl. I do wish them the best of luck though

If you don't want to start fights then don't be on here. It is called judgement house for a reason. You should know that it is held at a church and should expect something or another when you go. It is your choice whether you dedicate yourself or not. I am sure they do not just lock you up in a room and not let you out until you do.

You're sure they don't? Go see for yourself. I'm sure they let you out eventually and yes it's is a personal choice but there shouldn't be pressure put on anyone. Let them go in and see the Judgement House and let them leave when it's over. Plain and simple.

And like I said before, I wish them the best of luck with it. But someone asked on here what ppl thought of it and I was sharing my opinion, which I am btw perfectly entitled to ;)

i would have to say i do agree, somewhat. they ought to have church members there to help if someone should need "counseling" or helping with how to pray and accept jesus in their heart, but you should not feel like you are being put on the spot. no, they do not "lock" you in the room and really it is your option if you decide to leave right after the walkthru. i do agree alot of people that attend this are already churchgoing people. alot of churches book this in advance. honestly the whole moral of the enactment is , "what if Jesus were to come right now, where would you spend your destiny?" it would be awesome if everyone that was not saved would turn their lives around, but just doing it on "command" is not the way to go to heaven. i agree, there should be a room there for all the ones that WANT and NEED to pray...but not make it manditory for everyone.
