Believe me, I won't! Who wants to hear about how capitalism is the devil, individual success should be shared by all(those who don't do crap) and no one did anything by themselves (without the Government). What could possibly Obama and his supporters talk about concerning his achievements over the last 4 years??? Osama Bin laden's death? The military does not even support the White House story on that one. Can they even say a word about the economy without blaming Bush, the Republicans, entrepreneurs,Jim Crow,or aliens? Your convention will be a travesty to politics. No respect,no dignity,no morality, NO ANSWERS.Is this being televised on cable late night only??? 68 days and counting DAWG.....

Trust me. "The military" supports their Commander-in-Chief on this one.

Some guy writes a book, fails to have it "vetted" through the Pentagon, and YOU get "all fluttery" on us.(But you were hypocritical enough to condemn the SEAL for "violating the code." You "flip-flop" more than Romney.)

Mitt Romney: "King of Debt,"

according to a "Rolling Stone" writer, who said that Romney saddled his acquired companies with the debt that Romney used to take over the companies. All perfectly legitimate.

But dozens of companies were closed, and thousands of employees were laid off. When it comes to making money, Romney has no compassion.

"I like being able to fire people," Romney once said.(That apparently is an advantage to having a new worth over $200 million.)

One-quarter of that money comes from just 10 donors, led by Las Vegas casino billionaire Sheldon Adelson, according to data from the Center for Responsive Politics, a Washington-based group that tracks such spending.

Top Republican contributors say they back the party’s presidential candidate Mitt Romney because they agree with his small-government philosophy or oppose President Barack Obama’s new regulations on banks and the health-care industry.

Yet Romney is more than just a political kindred spirit; he’s a sound investment. Here’s how a Romney presidency might pay off -- literally -- for some of these super-donors.

Romney pollster Neil Newhouse has warned, defending the campaign's demonstrably false ads claiming Obama removed work requirements from welfare, "We're not going to let our campaign be dictated by fact-checkers."

Translation: We are going to lie regardless of the facts!

Romney: purveyor of "snake-oil"!

(Incidentally, Obama did NOT promise that Ryan's hometown GM plant would remain open. Ryan lied on that also.)

Armed bystander stops stabbing outside school

SAN ANTONIO - A woman is in critical condition after she was stabbed outside her child's school Tuesday morning.

The attack happened around 10:00 a.m. Tuesday outside the Bonham Academy on St. Mary's Street. Teresa Barron, 38, had just dropped off her child at the school when the child's father showed up, and the two got into an argument. The child's father, 38-year-old Roberto Barron allegedly then stabbed the woman several times in the upper body and neck area.

Police say a bystander who happened to be a concealed handgun license holder pulled his weapon and ordered Barron to drop the knife. Barron surrendered and was taken into custody by the bystander and a school district officer.

The woman was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center.

Barron was arrested for aggravated assault, and is in jail on a $150,000 bond.

"Fiscal responsibility" bothers me not at all. I am proud of the Great State of Missouri, which has rules requiring a balanced budget. Too bad that idea has not caught the attention of politicians in Washington (or of typical American consumers).

Should you take the time to look, I had answered your "capitalist" question before you asked it. You might try to find that answer, rather than whining like a petulant child.

When it comes to which party is better for the economy, Republicans talk the talk, but it's Democrats who deliver the goods according to an unusual 80-year study of the impact presidents have on growth, personal wealth, the stock market and even 401ks.

The bottom line, according to Bulls, Bears and the Ballot Box: Of the five best economic presidents since Herbert Hoover, only one is a Republican. The paydirt finding:$100,000 invested during the 40 years Republicans had the White House would be worth $126,027. The same amount invested in the stock market during the Democrat's 40 years would be $3,912,210.

"Our book is a myth buster," said financial planner Bob Deitrick who co-authored Bulls, Bears with CPA and educator Lew Goldfarb.

Goldfarb blamed the conventional wisdom that Republican presidents are better economic managers on the inability of Democrats to tell their story. "Democrats stand on their message so poorly," he said. "Republicans, on the other hand, win the salesmanship merit badge every single year."

Well,

Guess I should spend every waking minute on topix like you seem to do, but alas
I have to work.

Just so you understand yellow, I totally disagree with you on a number of things.
Doesn't mean a darn thing in the grand scheme.
The politics being thrown around by both sides "mainly dems" is demeaning to the
office of the president.

I want solutions to problems, balanced budgets, no more welfare state.

In his acceptance speech this evening, Romney is expected to "reach out" to middle-class voters.

If he can be honest, he will explain that he is going to "reach out" and take tax money from the middle-class in order to give it to his 1% buddies.

That is called the "Reverse Robin Hood" tax strategy -- take from the poor and give to the rich.

I'm gonna call BS on this one.

Romney is a good and decent man " bit of a rino imo" and I'm not getting the feeling
he is out to destroy america. Obama on the other hand scares the crap out of me.

We can agree to disagree yella.

1. Sorry you have to find an excuse for not finding my answer to your "capitalist" question, rather than simply admitting that you had missed it. As I recall, I made the statement two days ago, but I am not going to look it up.

2. You totally disagree with me on a number of things? Your point is ...?

3. You say that the politics "being thrown around by both sides" -- "MAINLY DEMS" -- is demeaning to the office of the president?

Have you been reading the statements by the Neo-CONs on HERE? How biased can you be?

4. Gold star for you! You want solutions to problems, balanced budgets, no more welfare state!

And this makes you special HOW?

5. Ben Franklin may, or may not, have said, "the best way to solve poverty is to make people uncomfortable in it."

Apparently you have never had the opportunity to have lived in poverty.

Otherwise, you would have realized that people ARE uncomfortable in poverty!

Mkay,
You started it, I was trying to be civil.

I GREW UP IN POVERTY DUMBASS.
Friggin trailer on a half acre lot with a father that sat on his butt.

As far as you calling people neo-cons,,,I can agree to a point but whats the friggin point other than calling somebody a name? Pretty lame imo.

As for being uncomfortable in poverty, my daughter married a worthless turd. They get 700 in food stamps a month, that's an insane amount of food for two people and a baby on wic. Then there is rent assistance etc. Where is the discomfort. The worthless bag said "why get a job I make more not working"

Dont preach at me yella, you have no idea.
