I wish there was someplace around here in semo for gay and bi people to meet and get aquainted in private without others harassing them. Not a sex thing, but drinks, dancing, etc. things for fun. If for sex - then take it somewhere else after you meet.

So may gay bashers, so little time to harass them. Anyway there are 2 gay bars in Poplar Bluff. And as for the bashers. Get use to it. There are more gay and bisexual people in Sikeston than you think. Some probably related to you ha ha. Probably a few of your own children. OMG yes your child could grow up to be gay. Reflect love not hate.

ignore the idiots, they probably justify it by going to church. BTW--jesus didn't go around bashing people. he didn't even judge them.

I am straight and get along with the gay much better. They are much nicer and have kinder hearts then most of the straight people in Sikeston. You people that bash the gay people must not be happy in your own life.

I know there are some gay bars in Poplar Bluff and at least one in Cape. Those are the only places I know though.

There's Independence Place in Cape. Gay bars really are more fun than a non gay bar (can't call it a straight bar because that would be discrimination, right?) Anyway.. They're so much more accepting of others and NO everybody doesn't try to hit on everybody.. only if you act interested!!..

My best friend is gay and we have huge get togethers at his house at night with all the new people we've met at IP the weekend before!

That's kind of a stupid question. Who hasn't heard of AIDS???
You don't need to be gay or bi to contract AIDS!!!
It is true that there are more cases among homosexual males than heterosexual males, the opposite is true of females. It is FAR more common for "straight" females.
