The Courtney Bisbee case is an embarrassment to the State of Arizona and expose how broken the criminal justice system is. There needs to be a public outcry so that others to not have to endure the mishandling by the Scottsdale police and the Maricopa County Attorney's office where abuse of power and rush to judgment reign on an ongoing basis.

Rights violated: no presumption of innocence, NO arrest warrant, home searched and seized without a warrant, NO miranda rights, held NONbondable for an alleged crime that never happened for 66 days incarcerated after perjury was committed in the first Grand Jury. The Maricopa County Superior Court records show proof of innocence for over one year -- harmful mistakes were made, swept under the rug and now is a COVER-UP. Deliberate indifference by the Scottsdale police and Maricopa County Andrew Thomas.

If you think this can't happen to you -- think again! Call County Attorney Andrew Thomas and have release Courtney while he investigates for possible fraud and misuse of government agencies in Courtney Bisbee's case by those who profited financially and politically with her conviction.

The "boy" is a thief and liar. Britney Healer was lefy by her parents in Az alone to live in empty houses the owner didn't know she was staying in. The 13 year old was sexually active with Britney Healer. The 13 year old his broth Britney Healer were all abused and neglected by their parents. Courtney tried to help them. The boys mother who didn't care for him. Saw dollar signs she has sued everyone grabbed the money Left her beloved sons behind and left the state. This was all about some rotten people trying to get money. Courtney had a beautiful home career and from their place homeless boys and Britney Heeler. Courtney looked rich to them. She was lied about and set up. The kids cooked their stories. They were treated as victims not investigated or interogated. MR Kemp tried to get Courtney to go out with him. He has a long history of extramarital affairs. He dates all of his female customers from his place of employment that he can get to agree. This is a well known fact. I understand all to well the injustice of our court systems. It does not matter if you are innocent or not, it is who can talk the best and twist the truth to make the pieces fit in court. I done time and have actually met five men who were innocent of the same type of crimes as Courtney. If you honestly believe that you are safe, you are sadly mistaken. When is the people going to stand up and quit being bullied? This is a America dammit and we are a proud race of people. Lets show it and stand up for one of our own who has been wrongly convicted. There is stength in numbers folks, lets show them those numbers and that we will not stand idle no longer. It is high time that we all unite as one not a collective of individuals
