I am at an impasse with Donovan over an unresolved repair issue. The service manager does not seem to understand even the most basic automotive issues. He refuses to let me talk to the owner. Says he is not refusing my request but I need to come to the dealership to talk to him or her. Can't even find out whom that might be or if there is a general manager of the dealership. They have my car and the SM is a dead end for a customer. They are not polite and seem to lack any skills with customer service. YES, I can be a difficult customer, but they are wrong, have made a mistaken repair and did not find the real problem. Quoting the SM "the best we can tell", is not acceptable

This stems from a service provided 10 days ago and I am lucky I caught the unresolved problem before my car burnt up. In the interim I had returned to the dealership for a minor knob repair, not mechanical and they let me sit waiting for the car for 2 hours, only to tell me that had the wrong part. Not as a much as an I'm sorry from them. I had an appointment so the wait is not acceptable.

ANYONE ELSE had problems with Donovan or did I win the losing ticket???

Had the same deal. But they had my car for two weeks than told me they ordered the wrong part. Another week pasted before the right one came in. When I finally for my car back the antenna was missing. The S.M had the nerve to tell me "I don't remember it coming in with one" really guy, come one at least try to have a little imagination when you lie!
