Unadilla sounds cool! I was up recently from NYC, stayed at Country Motel, ate at Trackside, wanna move up. I'm an old bat who needs peace and quiet and natural beauty, and U sure seems to have it.

Half right. Unadilla had peace and quiet before the "Skateboard Mafia" overran downtown.

Thats all they are there is a bunch of inbreads!! Just like the slut Lori Mayo and her 3-4 kids she has with how ever many dads that makes. Just think Doug shes a slut and so are you! I know you are both lying pieces of shit and I hate living near you. You should move out of Unadilla because you give it a bad name. Of thats right Lori is now a Fuckamayer!!! Thats right FUCK amayer!! Get a life and stop lying to everyone you come in contact with you might be able to keep friends.

I didn't grow up there but spent every summer of my younger years there. Grandparent's house was on Watson St. where my mother grew up and we had a cabin in the woods up on Buckhorn Lake where I spent the summers with
David & Gigi Jones & the VanCotts in the 50's, 60's & 70's. Mom is buried behind St. Matthew's & Grandparents are buried up on the hill overlooking town. Grandpa died in '89 and was 97.
I remember many things spoken about here. I came back to visit a few months ago. Although I live in a very different setting and existence, I love Unadilla and always will These are my ancestors & people.

Adding to the "list"

You got ripped off by David and Suzanne Lippa.
You got ripped off by Robert and Jeanette Hinkley.
You know someone who got ripped off by the two lines above.
You bought a nice tame horse at Chambers and got home to find it had been given mood altering drugs.
You remember the old bridge over the river.
You remember the little butcher grocery on the corner.

Excerpts from a true story:
Fifty eight years later I know more than ever that some of the most valuable and formative years in my life were the thirteen I lived in Unadilla from 1940 to 1952. Of course my age had a lot to do with it. Attending Unadilla Central School from grades 1 thru 12 was an extremely important part of my boyhood. I have always felt grateful to the entire town and its people, and its organizations and history, for the invaluable foundation provided to me for the rest of my life. There were some errors and failures of judgement on my part, but they were an inevitable consequence of my self directed late teenage development, i.e., I learned some things the hard way. They helped prepare me for things to come.

i like unadilla, my family was the richest family in unadilla from the 1950's through 1980's. we built unadilla.
this has nothing to do with liking the town or people. i do like both.
this plain and simply is pointing out the
traits and humor of the unadilly peoples.
people like joe bunt who rolled a pack of smokes
in his t-shirt are very funny.
get r dun!!!!!!!!!!
so i will find them in the history books? who cares about bank accounts?

You know you're from Unadilla if you were scared, as a youth, of Witch Hazel and played 'hide and seek' in the cemetery behind St. Matthews Episcopal Church
