I think this man should be sent to life without the possibility of parole. I don't know the Nebraska laws on Child Abuse resulting in death. This boy suffered numerous injuries by the father, the father deserves to pay for what he did

I'm glad the jury has been decided, I am confident that they will do the right thing and send this man right where he belongs. To the mother: why would you leave your son with an abusive father? There are facts on that as well that was recorded. He abused you, the young girl one year older than this boy that suffered and died. Luckily so far he hasn't come close to your newborn. Give him life, throw away the key. I can't wait til the end of this week to hear it all over the news (what kind of a coward he is)

YES! He is guilty! Now for sentencing on October 21st. Thank you Lord for taking this man off the streets. He will serve time for the crime he committed. Whew! There was no way any defense was a good one for him. The facts in the case were very strong and spoke for themselves. Sorry for the loss to this family, poor baby to have to had suffered this way. We have one less varmont put behind bars where he cannot harm another child anytime soon. God's blessing to him is that he is protected while behind those bars and so that he can learn to control his anger issues. He shouldn't get to live a free life after the brutality that he inflicted on his very own blood. Shame on him and for denying it in the first place. He can only be angry at himself from now on. GOD certainly blessed the courtroom and put many at ease yesterday. Sigh of relief. Our prayers have been answered.

If he did these things as are mentioned in these posts...he needs to be in prison to never do it again, no doubt. I've read all the information I can find on the case..but don't find anything regarding the the abuse of any other children, etc. Did he have another newborn as was stated in a post?

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Gemini

It's easy to become distracted and confused because your mind is wandering about in all sorts of different directions. You're also in a highly impressionable state so will believe almost anything you're told now, whether it's true or a total flight of fancy. Be wary of muddling others by only telling them half the story or letting your imagination fill in any gaps.
