I've seen Floyd County, Martin, Pike, Magoffin, and several from Ohio.
The Dr next door doesn't want PROOF you are hurt, or have a Mental Illness. But they will write it out.
The one next door is doing surgery again, and is the Mental Hygienist for Mingo County now. What does she know about mental illness? And her daughter is supposed to open a practice next to hers.
Her daughter has degrees out the butt, from Germany and other BIG universities! Why come back here?
Mingo County's PA's family go and get FREE pain shots everyday and laugh's about it. Interesting!

Actually they are probably the only Pharmacy to turn people away. They have a limit on how many people from Hoover's office can have their prescription filled each day. Name another pharmacy that does that. Randy is a great guy and yes they fill prescriptions from any Dr. Remember, the pharmacy only fills what they are given to fill. The Doctors are the ones writing the scripts.

Pharmacists have a responsibility to deny scripts that they suspect is not in the patients best interest. Also most pharmacies DONT fill for Hoover period. He has to know people from Ohio are not c oming to Hoover because of her outstanding practice. But here it is in simple terms, no pharmacy fills then Hoovers scripts are worthless.

Did anyone go into town today? Hoovers was packed! Cars from Letcher County and Tennessee were there. More dope mobiles from Martin County were at Tug Valley. I'd say Tug Valley got all kinds of customers today!
