I have just leased a new 2007 Honda Acord.
Does anyone know why Honda has a set rate on how much the car has to in insured for? I do know that you have to have full coverage, but according to them I have to have a $1000 deductable, and for death or injury it has to be for $300.000.

I am a female and I walked in and I new exactly what I wanted and I also new the price. When I tried to deal with them they told me they would not even discuss the price with me and told me to go elsewhere. I went elsewhere and I got exactly the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I believe they would have not done this if I was a male. After I left they must have called me 3 times and wanted to make an offer. I laughed so hard and hung up and I would never tell anyone to go there.

I have a BMW and had many problems with it. I took it to the dealship several times and was told their best mechanic was on the job. Still having the same problem I took it back and a younger machanic wotked on it because the shop master machanic was out with a back injury. I not sure of the young guy's name but I do remember he had a rash or psorsis or some kind of skin disorder and long hair which made me a little concerned (the long hair made me concerned). After speaking with him I began to like him and he fixed my car and now he will be the only I let touch my car. I have nis name but not with me as I wrote it in my car manual. It seems he was the only one who wasn't too snooty at BMW to spend some time with me and explain things. I didn't like the grossly over weight service manager either. He was rude and sloppy.

The bank is listed as co/owner of the car because you are only renting (leasing) it. The high liability is required by the finance company to protect them in case you are at fault in an accident.

Had nothing but good experience. I dealt with Joanne from honda and had a very good experience. I reccomend everyone to ask for Joanne from honda to buy a car from. She is very nice and proffessional and she makes you feel that she is taking care of you. Honda at turnersville Autoplex was very professional and everyone you deal with is nice.

If you check with the better business bureau, you will see that they have an unsatisfactory rating and are not BBB acredited.Buyer beware!Always check with the BBB,especially before making a large purchase.

I recently had some work done to my Hyundai Santa Fe in Turnersville NJ and after a few months of my car never really correctly after I took it back to them twice, it broke day on Christmas day and I had it towed to the Hyundai dealer on Concord Pike (Rt 202) in PA which is near where I work, the service dept informed me that the previous dealer (Turnersville) had done some damage and didn't repair things correctly. My bill was $1300. The service mgr called to the NJ location and they had their guard up and after wanting to speak to a mgr, either no one was there, they have new magrs or they got the run around, nothing was resolved. The NJ dealer should be responsible for returning the money paid to them and paying for the new repair work which I'm not sure what the price will be on that. I am very unhappy with this situation and they should be held accountable for the insufficient job they performed on my car.

This is what I sent to them:
Why don't you people get it. I sent numerous e-mails to you after two of your sales people lied to me. They had me take a day off work by telling me that they had a truck there I was looking for. In fact, they did not. It cost me a days pay for this deception. I will NEVER buy a car from you people.
One of those two sales people was a black guy that had worked on Vineland Toyota. He was quick to show us all his great sales records and accommodations. Well, I can see why. He uses deception. If you have any integrity at all, you will forward this to your general manager. In fact, if I don't get a reply back from this e-mail, I will forward it to Toyota's Headquarters. Thank you, Tom McDowell

The Turnersville Auto Mall is by far one of the best car dealerships around. They offer some of the most outstanding services, along with great employees. They will go above and beyond to make any customer feel like they are welcome. The best salesman is dan profico. I purchased a car from him and was very please with the way i was treated. Go and see him for a great deal.

I bought TWO new Acura's CL & CLS in last 5 years from Acura/Turnersville. I highly recommend Phil my salesperson for doing whatever he needed to make my deal HOWEVER recently they ran a contest to give away a new $30,000 acura and I was omitted from the contest. I wrote to general mgr. Lynn Larke in Feb. 08, she never bothered to respond. I learned she was promoted to a new location. I spoke with new general mgr. John Bustard, and his attitude was exactly like his name mispelled using a instead of u! Having bought TWO NEW CARS, he could have cared less that I was omited, didn't want to make sure it didn't happen again,(I simply ask that he check to make sure my name is included in mailouts in future), acted as if my request was "nonsense" and NOT worth his time. When I asked for copy of the winner notification he scoffed. Well I've filed with the Attorney General. Apparently contests rules require that I be given a copy of winners AND included! Let's hope they get a NICE BIG FINE! Nonetheless, I'll buy my Acura's elsewhere.

I've bought several cars from turnersville auto mall over the years and always had good experiences. I recently purchased a new toyotoa prius from there and had a very good experience with my salesman Steve Mccloski. I had been to 2 other local toyota dealers and the salesman knew NOTHING about the prius. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and I feel that I was treated fairly in the negotiation process. So far the car is great.

Having read this blog and looked at the sales history of this dealership it is apparently average and your independant experience will determine whether or not you approve. Careful as many of these former posts seem to never have been to the dealership but are just trying to Promote their own business. IF anyone is actually looking to form an opinion off of what they have read on this thread, I would personally focus more on what that said individual is looking for in a car and pursue knowledge based on that fact, because when it comes down to it the salesman can only take advantage of the uninformed, especially considering all of the resources available these days.

I too have had nothing but a bad experience with turnersville auto complex, not just with the sales staff, but also with their service department and the manager of the service department. I bought a brand new vehicle from them that had some paint damage that they would not repair after I was promised it would be repaired, I also have problems with the transmission of my Santa Fe I purchased I had it in the service center 9 times in one year. They told me they would drive it for a couple days the last time I had it there and that it would be an hour to and from work every day When I picked it up they had driven two miles. I contacted coporation and they were no help either. They ran an update in my computer and now my car stalls all the time and they are saying it is not from them. I will never go to the turnersville auto complex for anything again...well at least Hyundai, because they decieve you into buying then won't honor the warranty they offer and fix the problems.
Email me at Billardsdof3@aol.com if you have any questions.
Sounds like you need to speak with corporate Hyundai. The business practices at the local branch effect sales across the board and would be in their long-term interests making sure you are treated fairly with regard to your warranty.

As a business, new and return customers would be affected by your experience; word of mouth to prospective buyers re: praise or dissatisfaction.

I've heard they have a high-theft record.
