As soon as they let part of the town go section 8 with the welfare roaches flocking in, it's gone from fair to ghetto! It used to be a beautiful area. But more and more we're seeing Camden trash flock to the area thanks to undue social welfare programs and abuse.

There is no denying how violent and dangerous Manor Hall and Lehigh Manor are. That entire section of "Da Ville" should be wiped out with a bomb and a bulldozer! But then again, if you did that the roaches would only end up bringing down the property values in Hammonton, Blackwood, Berlin, Erial, and Pine Hill. Sicklerville sold out to welfare trash a long time ago. It's a shame because it used to be a beautiful area. As long as you're talking Wiltons Corner, Cobblestone Farms areas, you are in good shape.

You people don't know real crime. I am from North Jersey, Essex County, and Sicklerville is very safe, even the bad areas would be considered heaven in Newark. Maybe you buys mean "I see black people, they automatically must be trash and on section 8."

Section 8 has lowered propert vales in many towns while simultaneously leading to increase in various crimes. it's bad enough that the governmennt mandates COAH but what's worse that we hav to pay for it. We build it and they come. We shouldn't be forced by our government. This is a Republic NOT a democracy.

I moved from sicklerville a few years ago to an apparently "better" town to live in because of my parents..living in sicklerville was great and it's so much better than living in this town of rich kids, farmland, and snobs. I would move back in a heartbeat. its in the center of great shopping centers and you can get to the movies and the mall within 10 minutes! there's really nothing bad about this town besides a few neighborhoods, which all towns have. don't listen to these other people thinking it's ghetto..

YES 70%of the winslow part of sicklerville is extremely ghetto. But if you decide to live in the glouscester township part, the schools are better and it's fine. Nothing too bad as long as you stay away from winslow

I've been living here for 6 years and have heard people talk about the bad areas and so fourth. So I decided to drive through these areas and see what's the big deal. The areas that are considered bad or ghetto are just areas where the homes are very old and broken down. There's crime and drugs everywhere in this country and Jersey is no exception. The public schools are actually very good as I have two kids in the system. I've been to timber creek for games and plays and while I know of some kids that ar definitely bad, it's hardly the whole school. Sicklerville is a very large area with small pockets of lower income families. All of our surrounding areas from depot ford, marathon, Voronees, wash Twp and williamstown have similar areas as well. Drugs are available in all of these areas as well. I'd love to know where the people live that they call this the ghetto. I don't think that they have ever seen a true ghetto ( I have) as I have traveled much of the country. Personally, I wish they would stop building shopping centers, but they are nice. I miss the fields. If you need serious advice, please let me know. I cover all of south jersey for my job and go into every medicAl facility in the state. Some are in very bad areas ( Camden) so I could give you a non biased educated answer. Have a good day. Jim

I been here a yr Now. have two family business / two family homes and seen No Ghetto's maybe near the shop right in sicklerville. but that is normal to have less income people, homes. it don't seem condemned there just more colored than whites that's anywhere No high crime rates or drugs / killing reported on the news in this side of south Nj except there / here. Except Camden that's more! toward Philly 25 min Away! so williamstown, Sicklerville, Gloucester. etc is superb-en not so country liven and growing we need more excitement than bars and and eating place fairs or festivals be nice
