The Daily Hampshire Gazette reports that a judge on Tuesday scheduled a hearing April 23 for library supporters to argue that town election officials erred when they discarded a contested ballot in favor of the library, but counted two contested ballots against it.
This town has boasted its environmentally friendly, earth loving community. This law suit is a disgusting display of humanity. What happened to this community when neighbors sue neighbors?
