jpb--this is someones son and brother. It is not a joke. He was 2 weeks from graduating from high school. Unfortunately teenagers do stupid things sometimes. My heart goes out to his family.

I live close to this road and I don't appreciate the police going at speeds of 90 mph just to chase someone. There are many hills down here in Southern York County which means very little visibilty when pulling out of our driveways.

It's not just teenagers that have lapses in judgement. At one time or another we all do. My sympathy goes out to the friends and family of this young man. May his memory ease your suffering.

"Stupid" things are mindless actions made in which people stand up, brush off, and (hopefully) learn a lesson from after some measure of harm is done.

If only he would have been so lucky as to merely be "stupid", he would probably have ended up bruised, but ALIVE.

That rider acted with reckless abandon.

Sad story and our prayers for the family. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, this will be a lesson to those who are young and dumb and make them think before making a BAD choice, which is exactly what this young man did.

A death over a couple summary traffic violation. Chasing a motorcycle that far, must be a rookie. Way to go SBPD!

It is very unfortunate that this young man lost his life. I agree that teenagers do reckless things because they think they are invincible. Every year around graduation there are young lives lost, BUT it is NOT the fault of the police officers! Obviously there was a reason they were trying to pull him over, my guess is that he didn't want to get caught or maybe he just thought he could out run them. Try to think of the officers involved, they don't want horrific outcomes like this, and these memories will haunt them.
Prayers to all the family and friends of the young man and also to the EMS personnel that were involved.

Don't bring Adam in this, Adam had other intensions on his mind that night and Mike Nuzzi thought he could get away with trying to outrun the officer. Mike was 100% in the wrong, nothing he did last night was legal. No insurace, no registration, no LICENSE!!!!!! No one to blame but himself. It's just a shame a man so young had to make the ultimate bad decision.

My prayers go out to the family. The police should not be allowed to conduct high speed chases in instances such as this!! It is too dangerous to everyone!! I believe the same thing happened to Adam Lenzi, who I miss terribly. The police have to start acting in the best interest of the people and stop these high-speed chases!!!

The Police chased him at 90 mph for no Registration ? Really ? WTH were they thinking ? Oh yeh , ticket ticket ticket !$$$ for there tiny little town . This is appalling . Another mother has lost her son and family and friends a loved one .
These high speed chases have got to stop . No one should get the death penalty for not having registration and even eluding the police .
To the Stewartstown Police , shame on you . Stop the killing .

To this young mans Mother I want to say , I am so very sorry for your loss . You are held in the hearts of many Mother's like myself that have lost their child also . Mine was 20 , his name is Paul .

And its not the same thing with Lenzi, like I said he had other intensions that night. The cop was just doing his job, he turned on the lights and the child decide to be a man and tried to outrun the officer. Overall a sad story for both parties involved. Now the officer will have to live with this the rest of his life. All because some kid didn't want to face reality and man up.

The officer didn't cause this young man's death, his own decision to speed and drive recklessly did that. I'm damn glad that no one in my family was coming the other way when Mr. Nuzzi decided that avoiding a ticket was important enough that he was willing to risk THEIR lives to do it.

The family's loss is a horrible tragedy, and I have no knowledge of the circumstances--- but I have to wonder if anyone tried to prevent him from taking out an unlicensed, unregistered bike that night? Or did they just say "Don't do that Mike, you'll get yourself in trouble," with no real attempt to keep him in line?

Shame on you for blaming the police. I'm truly sorry for the family, but place the blame where it belongs, with the young man. Actions do have consequences.
