I run all the time but I can't seem to drop the pounds. Just this morning I ran 1 mile to the KFC and then another half mile to Dunkin Donuts and then ran home from the beer distributor with a case of Bud strapped to my back. Drank 6 beers and polished off a bag of Doritos while I watched Oprah and then took a nap. Gained 3 pounds since breakfast. This exercise crap is killing me. Gotta go the potpie is ready.

York definitely isn't a very active lifestyle nor does it lend itself to one. I feel like if this is going to work they need some sort of organized structure in place like a committee that can plan and execute health & fitness initiatives and marketing campaigns throughout York County.
Everyone says New York is a fat city but in reality there are more active, athletic people in New York than there are in York. Not even kidding there are some pretty hot bods there. I've noticed, upon my return to York, how out of shape everyone is.

Yea, only in York County! I also travel and obviously, you were attracted to those guys hot bodies in New York City because you are "cock eyed"! Come on, tell us the truth! Fat is beautiful; once you get past the smell, you got it licked!
