OMG! A black man? No way! As always can I ask one big question? If you are going to break the law and rob establishments, especially repeatedly, why would you allow them to see your face? Of course it is racist, and not all of the neighborhoods you listed are "black neighborhoods", but when someone like you screams paranoia, how can anyone take you seriously?
