I once reported an issure regarding one of this man's officers. His response - he became irate and had the very officer that my complaint referred to "escort" be out of the building. I was as calm as a cucumber, yet these men were nuts. In fact, as I was leaving I asked him who he reports to. His answer? No one. Well, Jimmy, I guess that was proven untrue. The citizens of this city, that's who you report to. Shame on you and shame on all of your staff who have abused their authority. Good luck to the man who has to clean up your mess.

Mr Dove was a lazy good for nothing city marshall. I worked for him and knew him very well. Now, he wants to come to Bossier and run for city marshall here. You can count on me NOT to vote for him.

That City Marshalls Office is a nest of corruption! Did you know thaey are the private security force for US Support Company InShreveport??They provide 24/7 security out there with at least one deputy Marshallwith his city vehicle all the time. One of them even lives there on the property and when the owners come in from Florida they are escorted like lights sirens etc armed deputy marshalls at their beck and call, it is bad and we the tax payers are paying for it! My grandson told me that the other day the directors out in the parking lot writing down car tag numbers so they could get the Marshalls office to find out who the vehicles belong to...That I thought was against the law or city policy or something isn't it???? Call you r council person and raise hell..The PD is out there too and we cant get a police car in our neighborhood.

There are good people in the city marshals office I am sure, but there is way to much smoke for there not to be a fire in there.

FBI is well aware of Dove & others, former Shreveport City Marshall Jim Dove, and others were involved in a drug & prostitution ring, one of the females in the ring who stole my hp computer and i put two peace bonds on the female through former Shreveport City Marshal Jim Dove, Dove obstructed the second peace bond and obstructed the criminal investigations to my stolen HP computer, one of the persons involved in the drug and prostitution ring was murderd, Dove resigned from office and his buddie former Shreveport Mayor Keith Hightower has been rather quiet, a lot more to it as you will see
