Three Masons/Shriners/Jesters — a judge, a former police captain, and an attorney — have pleaded guilty in upstate New York to transporting prostitutes across state lines to service "brothers" at Jester parties. Gary N. Martin, the head of the Jester organization, claims the group knows nothing about such activities, and says that the actions of these men were "extremely isolated events."

* An unspecified number of East St Louis Illinois police officers are suspected of participating in a “blue flu” work stoppage when almost an entire shift called off sick an hour before they were due into work on New Years Eve. The union insists they really were sick because of stress related to council voting to lay off 16 officers combined with the recent change in weather. Department officials seem pretty wishy-washy about the whole thing.[2]

* Six Fair Lawn NJ police officers are the subject of a lawsuit alleging they used excessive force when they beat, kicked and maced a man on video in a holding cell. The man claims they attacked him for no reason when he went to zip up his sweater but officers claim it was because he put his hands in his pockets, pockets they searched three times before uncuffing him.[3]

* San Joaquin County CA has settled a lawsuit for $130,000 to a 5-year-old girl and her mom who were hit by bullet fragments when a deputy shot their dog.[0

* A DeKalb County GA police officer has been arrested on multiple statutory rape and child molestation charges involving a 15-year-old girl.[1]

* A Pennington County SD deputy has been fired and arrested on child pornography and sexual contact with a child charges.[1]
* A York County SC deputy is the subject of a lawsuit filed by the family of 74yr-old Holocaust survivor who was killed when struck by a deputy’s cruiser while he was out for one of his routine walks. The family claims the deputy failed to properly inspect his cruiser before taking it out because it had a non-functioning headlight.[2]

* A San Rafael CA police officer has been suspended after arrested on allegations that he threatened a man with a gun at a restaurant while he was off-duty and then fled the scene

* A Weymouth MA police officer has been charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14-years-old, but apparently still a minor. Police and other officials are refusing to release any details in this case but I suspect it won’t be pleasant.[3]

* A Little Rock AR police officer along with a US Dept of Veterans Affairs cop and a Univ of Arkansas Medical School police officer have all been indicted for conspiracy to rob an armored car along with two other people, one of which is accused of being involved in an armed robbery of an armored car a few years ago.[1]

* A Barre VT police officer has been arrested cop arrested on charges including burglary, trespass and resisting arrest on allegations that he broke into a neighbor’s apartment and stole their brand new television from under their Christmas tree while he was drunk. When police arrived the box for the television was outside of the officer’s apartment door but he demanded that the officers get a warrant before searching his apartment… however, when officers left they claim they saw him trying to throw the TV off of his balcony and they later heard a splash. When asked about it the officer said he threw it because he didn’t want stolen property in his home… but the officer pled not guilty to a judge and then told reporters at the court that they better not mention his name.[0]

* A Washington DC police officer was arrested on multiple charges including resisting arrest and reckless endangerment after he was caught on surveillance cameras brandishing his duty firearm after threatening bouncers with a bottle when they told him to leave as they were closing. The officer then ran away when police arrived.[1

* Two Miami-Dade FL police officers have been sentenced to prison for their roles in a drug dealer shakedown scheme. One of the officers was sentenced to 24 months in prison while the other recieved 21 months.[0]

* A Marblehead OH police officer has been suspended after he was arrested for supplying a 19-year-old woman with alcohol in a motel room. However, he may also be facing sexual assault charges based on allegations being made by that woman.[1]

* A Shelby County IL deputy has been arrested on a felony aggravated domestic battery charge in an unspecified incident.[1]

* A Tampa FL police officer has resigned after he was caught having sex while on duty in his police cruiser at a city park. Police had him under surveillance after receiving several complaints about his behavior.[0]

* San Joaquin County CA has settled a lawsuit for $130,000 to a 5-year-old girl and her mom who were hit by bullet fragments when a deputy shot their dog

* A Jennings MO police officer has been suspended while under investigation for firing at a fleeing car after the chase had been called off because an officer from another department spotted a baby inside that car.[0]

* A study of police records in Illinois indicated that only 44% of searches triggered by drug-sniffing police dogs actually ended up finding any drugs. Worst still is that only 27% of searches involving Hispanics resulted in drugs being found after the searches were the result of a hit from a drug dog, indicating that officers may be influencing their dogs to falsely signal for drugs due to bias. It is interesting to note that the Illinois State Police and Chicago Police Department refused to release records for the study.[0]

* A Pittsburgh PA police officer has been convicted on multiple charges over a road rage incident where he broke a man’s window then punched and choked him after a minor fender bender.[0]

* A Warren Twp OH police officer has been sentenced to probation for violating a protection order, but he still faces aggravated burglary charges.[0]

* A Pinal County AZ deputy who was involved in a controversial case where he claimed to have been shot by drug traffickers from Mexico that were never found has been fired after an investigation into claims he made to a reporter during an interview that included death threats on that reporter. The official reason for the disciplinary action is that the deputy lied to the reporter when he made those claims… which should make people wonder about that shooting case again perhaps, maybe?[0]

* A Louisville KY police officer under investigation on allegations she falsely arrested multiple people and gave false testimony during trials is facing a lawsuit from 5 different people after three alleged victims asked to be added to an existing lawsuit filed by two others.[3]

The perpetrators of gang stalking are serious criminals who do great damage to some, and the acts done are very serious crimes by any measure.Gang stalking is a highly criminal campaign, one directed at a victim, and one that aims to destroy innocent persons life through covert and very overt harassments, malicious slander and carefully crafted and executed psychological assualts

.A discrediting campaign is initiated long before the victim is actually stalked. They, the criminal perpetrators,(Freemason Law Enforcement)and there gutter garbage twist and fabricate reality through such a campaign, displaying lies that paint the target as a person with hidden dark secrets, an highly unstable individual who may be a threat to society, a prostitute, or a longtime drug user, etc.
Many unfit churches participate

Organized stalking is not about anything the target has done or may do. it’s more about the hidden extra-judicial system that many targets experience, slander and the propagation of false accusations which some criminals use to fuel their self-serving notion that the victim deserves persecution.

BOSSIER CITY -- Phillip Vernon, the Bossier City police officer disciplined after he took a prosecutor to jail, has filed a wrongful-termination suit against the city, accusing police administrators of conducting a "highly political, absolutely bogus 'investigation'" that resulted in his firing.

Vernon said he got railroaded by his bosses because he had the nerve to file charges against an influential person, which upset the "powers-that-be" in Bossier.

Here are the 21 reports of police misconduct in the US and 2 reports of police misconduct from Canada tracked in our National Police Misconduct News Feed for this Tuesday, January 11, 2011:
* Pleasantville NY police and Mount Pleasant NY police are being sued by the family of a Pace University student and football player who was shot to death by police in October in a questionable incident that is still under investigation and a cloud of controversy.[2]
* A California Highway Patrol officer has been arrested for the shooting death of her husband 2 years ago. She originally claimed it was done in self-defense but family and friends of her husband universally described him as being non-violent but that she had severe drinking issues. Police also found her account questionable and their investigation culminated in her eventual arrest on allegations it was an intentional act of homicide.[1]
* A West Bloomfield MI police detective has cost that town $1,800,000 in a wrongful imprisonment/wrongful prosecution lawsuit settlement made to a family who’s father was jailed for 80 days on false rape charges along with their mother who was also briefly jailed while their two autistic children were sent to separate foster homes. The suit against the police claimed the detective essentially forced a highly questionable confession from the family’s autistic son in a horrifying videotaped interrogation and that the initial allegation was dragged from their severely autistic daughter through highly questionable methods that were almost nothing more than a Ouija board. Their suit is still in progress against county prosecutors, children’s services, and the school district for their roles in this disturbing case. The video of the interrogation of the family’s son is available on the site linked above.[3]
* Two Fresno CA police officers’ actions have resulted in a $75,000 settlement made to a homeless man who was shown on amateur video being beaten while arrested in a public park.[0]
* A Selma AL police officer has been arrested on 2nd degree rape charges involving a person between the ages of 12 to 16-years-old that came about after an investigation by local and state police. Further details have not yet been released about the case.[1]
* A Louisville KY police officer has been suspended without pay for 30 days as disciplinary action for violating policy when he caused a fatal accident while doing 80mph in a 45mph zone while on-duty. The officer and his lawyer are fighting the discipline saying it’s too harsh while the family says it’s not enough for causing the death of their loved one, especially since the police chief wanted to fire him.[0]
* Another Louisville KY police officer is on paid leave while under investigation and facing criminal charges after he allegedly started swearing at a mentally challenged female customer inside a McDonalds then escalating a confrontation with a woman who came to her defense until he finally pulled a gun and told the women “what are you bitches going to do now?” Patrons called 911 at this point and the officer fled. The officer, of course, insists he has a different version of events to tell, but hasn’t shared them yet.[

* The Nashville TN police department is now admitting that their statistics that have shown a steady and sharp decline in the number of forcible rapes in that city were artificially low due to mislabeled reports that were uncovered due to complaints from rape victims and an investigative report in the media that prompted an audit.[3]

* A Dougherty County GA deputy has been arrested on multiple charges for allegedly accessing and releasing information he gained from a jail database without permission.[1]

* A now-former Eddy County ND sheriff has been charged with the misapplication of entrusted property on allegations that he used government funds to purchase personal items for himself.[1]

* Three Dallas TX police officers are being disciplined for failing to arrest men that were found with guns, one of which was stolen, and then falsifying reports to cover it up and lying to investigators looking into the allegations.[0]

* A now-former Parma OH police sergeant has pled guilty to record tampering and falsification charges for conspiring with a doctor to hide the fact that he was color blind during his hiring process. The officer in question had written articles for police newsletters including one entitled “Police Ethics is Not an Oxymoron.”[0]

* A Carmel IN police officer has been suspended while under investigation on allegations he hit on women that he pulled over and even followed one home after a traffic stop.[0]

* A study of Texas school police officers has revealed that there have been at least 1,000 elementary students, some as young as 6-years-old, who were arrested on misdemeanor charges for garden variety school disciplinary issues like acting out in class instead of being disciplined through the usual principal office visits, detentions, or what have you. The study also indicated that more arrests occurred in schools with large minority populations and where the number of officers has been increasing.[3]

* A Tucson AZ police lieutenant has been sentenced to probation and must pay about $17,000 in restitution for his fraudulent use of a police union credit account.[0]

* A Philadelphia PA police officer has been arrested on multiple charges after an investigation into allegations that he was spotted drinking at a bar while on duty then driving away in his police cruiser.[1]

* A Sault Ste Marie MI police officer has been sentenced to probation and must pay $1350 in fines and fees after pleading guilty to a .17 BAC DUI charge.[0]

* And finally, a Racine WI police investigator has been cited for DUI after he apparently crashed into a snow plow that was parked in a driveway while off-duty in his personal car.[1]

Innocent people are being very seriously stalked and harassed all over the U.S. and law enforcement does NOTHING.(In fact, law enforcement is sometimes involved!!)

People need to educate themselves about organized/gang stalking, because the media just covers it up. There is a great deal of well-documented information about it posted at the "Victims Of Organized Crime In Central Texas" blog at http://vocct.blogspot.com .

January is National Stalking Awareness Month. Please let your elected officials know that you understand what organized/gang stalking is, that you find it unacceptable, and that you insist laws against it be strengthened.

The fire swine stalk my family day and night and spread lies about us. One lived next door for years and tried to burn this house down twice, once when my mother was alive. They have murdered my family members, stolen our property and dogs and tampered with our vehicles. They use toxins in our yard (not just the firemen) which gradually cause health issues. They have political and civil control of this town. They're very very bad here (tampa/hillsborough/orange county/pinellas cuonty/ pasco county) one of them lives in my murdered sister's home. They put it under other names to hide their ownership and the property appraiser's office is complicit. In similar manner and due to FL STAT which they abuse they also hide numerous stolen properties. My sister's home was burnt down just before she died. They infiltrate my family and then after murders they are always on scene (one assumes for intimidation and to query the family concerning suspicion of th death)... they intro the children in my family to freaks and relly bad people. In every way thety try to get conrol. Thanks for helping to expose these criminals. Locally they have strong criminal and familial ties to teh Irish Republicna Army. Who knows how many homes of dead people (killed in teh ambulance??( the firemen have>> they OWN A LOT. Their wieve daughters and family members are oll in on this activity.... all the way trough THE IAD in Tampa which has fired many good cops and expanded the police state. So much more ! Thanks again for exposing this.
