As a former neighbor to this woman, I watched this lady come and go in her car for the last three years. It's frightening to know that she may have been under the influence during that time as well.

So it goes you teabaggers are sticklers for minding your own business unless it has something to do with President Obama. Misplaced priorities i guess.

Stop blaming your Gay "teabagging" friends for everything nothead. Not everyone is like you, but Meta sure is.

Nothing but a useless non-productive antisocial member of society.

You both are just a drain on society.

What is wrong with our court system??????? What are these judges thinking?????? The second offense should have been a warning and this person should have been in jail period and in a rehabilitative program for a year or more. Alcoholics are not cured in a matter of three months. Most need at least a year of rehab and strict observation. She could have killed this innocent man. The justice system in the United States is the worst I have seen. Too many drug addicts and alcoholics are being given too many changes and too many lives are being lost because the judges are too lenient or they have a heavy case load that particular day and don't want to be bothered. Henrico County is the worst I have seen.

Habitual offenders are given too many chances. How many times have we seen this in Henrico County? The judges need to wake up and stop sending murders back out on the street. The second offense should have been a warning to the judge to begin with. Then you send her back out on the street!!!! HELLO!!!!! What was this judge thinking???? Three months of rehab in patient or out patient just doesn't cut it. Too many drug addicts and too many drunken drivers in Henrico and not enough is being done in the court system or on our streets to stop it.

I am very happy her victum survived this horrible incident. I hope he is able to get a good lawyer and sue her for everything he can possibly get. Then I hope a judge sentences her to at least 5 years in prison and then takes away any possiblity of her having a drivers license for the rest of her life. She should never be allowed to drive again, no matter how much counseling or anything else she "volunteers" to do to be allowed the priviledge of having a drivers license.

The problem isn't the system, it is the judges. Far to many idiots on the bench that believe the "I was abused as a child so I don't know better" rant.

They are stupid enough to believe alcoholics and drug abusers when they say "it will never happen again".

Hold the judges responsible when they let an idiot like Meta off with a suspended sentence for the crimes they commit! The Judge should serve he 4 years and 8 months in the same cell.
