I THINK THE JUDGE IN THIS CASE REALLY TRIED TO SET AN EXAMPLE AND I LOVE IT. NOT ONLY SHOULD HE HAVE TO LIVE IN HIS SLUM HOUSES I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE TO SELL ALL OF HIS PROPERTIES TO EITHER HIS RENTERS OR LOW INCOME FAMILY'S FOR $1.00. This kind of person needs professional mental health counseling right NOW. No amount of court dates and fines will turn him around. The system keeps adding to the problem and really not wanting to do anything about it. I see some serious damage being done in the future if this thing is not dealt with RIGHT AWAY.

I hope they put those landlords in jail in this city. It has been long over due and get thoses rooming houses all that are listed on the books as apartments, some of them need longer sentences and for them to live longer in those run down holes .the wall. Some of them do not have proper heating or other appliances to pass inspections. Also, firer those inspectors that keep on slamming on the risk and let them continue allow these houses open. They need to check on theses hoses more and put larger fines and make them forfeit the property to house homeless people at no charge. This one time I agree with the judge that sentence the slum lord, not enough time given out for.

I heard all about this man and how he treats people that works for him and those cars need to be in the junk yard like him and I was wishing that they put him on F-2 with the real criminals, but Ms. Johnson gonna put him with the jail birds and Woody gonna make it easy on his ass because of business in the city. I have been dealing with Oliver at his dealership for over a year now and I agree with "repo man" and the "standard auto crew" comments....he is a sexual harrasser and does will accept sex for late payments or even down payments on vehicles. the cars he sell are dirty and filty, alot of them dont even come with radios, tires are flat..he shouldnt be allowed to run any kind of business, whether it is rental properties or car lots. As you can see "he is the problem"....I hope they take all of his business licenses away and if his wife only knew how low down dirty and nasty he was, she would definitely be running to the court house for a divorce......what kind of role model is he to his kids? Disgusting!!!!

All of the jail time in the world will not fix his properties. If laws do not already exist wherein the City can fine him for each day a repair is left unattended, then we need to pass some. With pigs like this man, only money will talk. It has to hurt him in the pocket book. If their are no other conditions on his living conditions in one of his sewer holes, it is likely he has a crew of people fixing up the inside of whatever dump the courts select as his jail cell.

This man is very rude. He is a horrible boss and demeans everyone that he comes into contact with. The Repo Man is right. I can't tell you how many people I would try to get payments from that would tell me "We worked something out that is none of your business" I've watched him ask a customer to be a cage dancer for some club he was opening. He has even stated racist comments about everyone that worked there. He is just a bad soul and Karma has her way to bring things back to thoses that deserve it.
