okay people - let's get a grip here. She was convicted more than once of DUI and STILL had her license returned to her? She needs to be locked away and the key thrown out - and she should NEVER drive a vehicle again

The writing of this article is atrocious. There are so many misspellings and things not capitalized that should be. There are no spaces between some words, etc.

I asked this question the last time this story ran and no one answered!

How much would she charge to haunt a 3 bedroom house with a basement??????????

Hmmmmmmm...how can we make it better?? Oh I know! Keep her in jail. I get so sick of hearing people that "have relapses" because of a boyfriend breaking up with them, or they lose a job etc. etc. Take the blame if you're at fault and stop finding excuses for your behavior! How would she "make it better" if her victim had died? Would the defense attorney be so forgiving and understanding if Hall had been "a recovering alcoholic" that mowed her child down playing in her front yard? Until you have had a family member murdered...and lets call it what it is...by a drunk driver, you have no idea what devastation these people cause. This is not her first offense...it's her fourth and yet she keeps getting her license back and keeps getting out of jail. Virginia has this neat option called revoking a license...aka you NEVER get it back! How about putting THAT one out there. If she was SO remorseful for her actions, and wanted SO badly to take responsibility for her actions, why did she flee the scene? The judge in this case should give her the max and keep her off the streets. A good 7 years behind bars without alcohol should cure that dependency right up for her.

Gee I dunno...a Maiming charge for injuring somebody's WRIST?! Heck we might as well just convert our law the rest of the way over to Muslim & stone her to death.

Unfortunately this lady will probably receive another slap on the wrist. I know losing your Job at Burger King does cause a crisis and will make you want to drink and drive. Yes Alcoholism is a serious disease. But when does the court stop this Insanity? Will it take someone losing there life over this womanís inability to control her disease before a Court wakes up? Why not just drink yourself silly at home and not drive is the easiest solution to her problem but unfortunately she hasnít learned.
