The voting public need to focus on the coming election. Ask questions of the people coming to your door.<quoted text> Yes, and he is always trying to deflect from the real problems that they have made by this majority. It has to be told to the residents. They need to know that their money has not been put to good use at all. They need to interview and find out all things about their candidates. It cannot come from some lies on postcards. It must be a priority of the people running to get their message out that we do not want people that spend money on no bid contracts, etc. and do nothing for this town but put it in the position it is now. After two years these people have NO record to run on. They can only talk about others not themselves. That is a strong point for people running. I applaud the people who stood up and put this council on the front burner. They are heroes in my eyes and others I have talked to. Election time can't come too soon! We need to get to the ballot box and urge our neighbors to do the same and vote for honesty, transparency, accountability, and for the taxpayers to be heard. The fact that they have been treated like dirt balls at the meetings is a fact that needs to be brought out! THE GOOD PEOPLE OF LOCKPORT NEED TO KNOW WHO THEY ARE VOTING FOR!!!! TELL US WHY!!!!!!!!!! GET SOME ANSWERS FROM THEM WHEN YOU ASK....TELL US WHY!!!!!!!!!!
What is your agenda? How long have you lived in the ward? Where do you live in the Ward? Who do you support among the other aldermen candidates running in the other wards? What is your reason for running for alderman? Do you have a platform that I can see? What is your opinion of the city government at present? What do you think of the type of mailers being sent by the announced candidate for mayor? Do you believe them or do you even read them?
If these type of questions are asked, maybe the electorate will have a fighting chance of getting good government in Lockport.
