Definitely John Noak! He has done a great job and will continue to do a great job if he is re-elected!

I heard that Mongo has been showing up at events in other towns campaigning and he didn't even know he wasn't in the village. And this guy wants to be Mayor? Really!

This is a publicity gimmick by Mongo, these are the types of things he has to do to get attention these days. Don't worry, his 15 minutes will soon be gone.

who is he and why do I feel like his good restaurant mongo is white trash? Hosting boxing matches with kids at a bar and grill sounds trashy. It's one thing to have it at a tournament facility but at mongo mcmichaels? C'mon. A joke. I'm hating romeoville more now. Anyone else understand what I'm saying?

I don't know why anyone would comment about Mayor Noak in that way. Mayor Noak and the current board have all been assets to the village. He has led by example and continues to move the village forward. My vote is for Noak!

After seeing the news that just came out today alone I think the answer is clear. We're voting Noak.

If Noak was even half-way incompetent, I might vote Mongo to amuse myself. But he's actually been pretty good in my view. Don't have any real complaints, and it seems like they are pushing hard to get businesses into Romeoville and actually create a downtown.

Hmm. to Noaks credit, the short, top of my head list. Improvements on rte 53, including median dividers, landscaping. Massive redesign of Shmitt/Veterans Parkway, retention pond added, village hall with adjoining park area, swale rtention grounds, various improvements to existing parks, thoroughfares, improvements toHill elementary, funds for certain improvements to library, improvements to areas left half finished by developer pull outs, enacting more stringent home inspections on rental property, working diligently with developers on downtown area redevelopment, bringing any number of large retailers and various logistics and manufacturing companies to Romeoville, upgrading police and emt training, ambupances. That is a short list of the obvious improvements. I am sure a person with inside knowledge could create a long list.

Seriously is anyone really considering mongo mac? He has lived in OUR town for what like a year ? I have been here 10 yrs and just now feel like i am beginning to be part of the fabric of the community. I mean I know people at the stores and many of my neighbors stuff like that. I have seen and met the mayor on a few occasions, He is always talking about the good things going on here in Romeoville. Why would we want to change that? Mongo is buffoon and a bully that is used to pushing people around not what we want representing us you ever hear him on the radio?. Romeoville is getting better everyday Mayor Noak has been part of that for many years now. He will get my vote and now my help if this other clown tries to push his way around.

Thinking im gonna vote for noak again. The only issue I have is all this money we spend a year with these studies for the airport rd interchange, it could have been done, also noak has very good ties in with state higher ups ,check into his backround. Keep up the good work mr noak, but lets not forget about mr. rockwell from the community development, he has a huge hand in what comes into the village

Heatherington lives in Lemont - not eligible.

Cant confirmmthat Carl is going to run, but if he is, he's a great guy but not sure what kind of mayor he'd make. Maybe he'd be a better trustee.

hey ray thanks for the clearing the hearsay on paul. But at one point in time im not gonna mention any names but there was a certain biz owner that was a trustee that lived in homer glen but still served on the board . The secrets of romeoville politics lol
