THERE IS NO OUTCOME BECAUSE IT NEVER WENT TO TRIAL!!!!! IT WAS TOSSED!!!(the first two anyways)
So he re-filed. Thats it!
Now it will only be a matter of time before it's tossed again! Thats the problem with our court system. Anyone with money to blow can make any false statements and file a lawsuit.(just look at "Zany" and all the false lawsuits HE files) The problem is PROVING your accusation, and he NEVER can!! Sooo, TOSSED!

So now it is over a week and no one can give me an answer about the stickdocks and boatslips. I called the MBPOA and they said all the stickdocks are rented and I cannot have one because they have all been rented. I thought that they could not rent all the stickdocks while the lawsuit was pending. What happened is the lawsuit over? When is the village taking over the clubhouse, marinas and stickdocks? I am starting to regret my decision to hold off on renewing my membership to the MBPOA. I did call the local marinas and it turns out they are much more expensive then what the MBPOA charges. Now I am stuck without a dock or boatslip and I can't trailer my boat. Any one know when this will be resolved? hopefully before the summer is over.

Private stickdocks - private club. Start pricing out other marinas in the area if you are so unhappy with the POA and the way they run things. Better yet join and become a volunteer and then run to be an officer or director. Too much effort. Too bad. Rent from the other msrinas. When do they open up to the public?? As for when the marinas and stickdocks and clubhouse are going over to Mastic Beach Village uuhhhmmmm let's see I believe the answer to that is NEVER!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH AHAH!!!! Keep trying Mr.Fuckerino and Zany - keep wasting money of lawsuits you have zero chance of ever winning FAKE OUT LOSERS.

And you're a tool for the village who is trying to compare a civic group with a government. Do you realize how stupid that makes you look?
We all know that a civic group is a group of VOLUNTEERS, who decided to join the civic to help improve the area.
Where as The village is a government that will force ALL residents to adhere to THEIR rules so a SMALL portion of residents can continue their on going grudge with said civic group.

You don't like the civic group, don't join. You don't like the village, well tough, you either have to deal with it or move. Not exactly the same thing, is it??!!

And I find it VERY funny that this was started because Frank and Vikkiy lost their stick docks, and now the village will NEVER see the marinas or waterfront in their possession!!

So Again Again, you will NEVER NEVER see those docks in village hands. How do you like them apples??

why is the village so focused on the MBPOA? The MBPOA was here long before the village and will be here long after the village goes belly up.

Maybe because the original MBPOA deed says that if MB every became a Village that the docks and building were to be turned over to the Village.

So sorry, but you are wrong.

IF mastic beach was turned into a village.
You made MB AND Shirley into a Village.
Therefor, the deed is null and void. Sorry.:)

But we all know that this was started because the MBPOA wouldn't pay for Frank F to up-keep HIS dock. And that Zany Z lost his slip because HE refused to pay his fare share for the length of his boat. THAT is why the Village "vision" is so concerned with the MBPOA. They will not be happy until the MBPOA is destroyed. And for that, we get interns leading our government with a big grudge.

But you keep telling your lies.
Also, you have a village hall, why bother with the MBPOA building? What is so terrific about THAT building that you just have to have it? Or is it more symbolic that you govern from the MBPOA building after throwing them out? You must have the biggest hard on thinking about taking away the MBPOA building! Just a heads up, you will NEVER get it! Give up this fight, you will not win. SO, SO sorry!*snicker*

BTW, your tiny,*snicker*, "village hall" is cheaper to maintain for the year. You don't have enough money in your "budget" to run the village from the MUCH LARGER building that the MBPOA has!

I am not for a village takeover of the docks, but you would not believe me anyway. I do believe the deed has to be adjudicated, to settle this. And, I hope that is done soon.

I don't believe the lies of the COST of the village, not your opinion. Why not just stop and leave it alone? The MBPOA takes care of THEIR clubhouse and the marinas, and you bask in the glow of getting a village. Why do you need their clubhouse?

You got your village which will raise taxes and drive out the poor, why not leave the MBPOA alone? Just wondering why you can't leave well enough alone.

It is the responsibilty of the board to do what they need to, to acquire the properties that belong to the residents of the Village of Mastic Beach not a private club for private use... We all deserve to use them and at this point if you are not a member you are not permitted down there... Maybe if they were nicer down there and didnt make non members leave it wouldnt be such an issue...
