Who gave the ticket? Code enforcement? Cause I thought SCPDs tickets are Riverhead court.

If it is given within Village boundries you go to Village Court.

no you dont. Suffolk police are the only ones that can give tickets to motorists. If you get a ticket, anywhere, you go to their court. And, if code enforcement gives you a ticket, you dont have to go to "village court", you can go to any other coourt in suffolk. Village doesnt want you to know that but you can.

Duh Code enforcers do not give traffic tickets. Only SCPD and if it is written within the Village boundries you go to Village court. Ask any SCPD you see in the Village

You are just tying to mess people up. So, lets say YOU get a ticket for grass to tall, how do YOU get it heard in Brookhaven instead? And, why would YOU want to go there?

IF SCPD writes tickets in MBV boundaries, the violations are heard in MBV court, no where else.

I was looking for the answer to this driving w/o question and this thread came up on gooogle. Interesting thread you have here.

Don't forget to vandalize some village property of equal or more value to make up for what ever those crooks steal from you with those illegal ticket operations they use to generate income. Make it a loosing operation.

Illegal ticket operation...so you think a person driving without a license doesn't deserve a ticket? Usually, that is not their only violation, and it is being issued by Suffolk County Police, not code enforcement. They also drive around unregistered vehicles, without insurance, with bald tires and dark tinted windows. They deserve every ticket they get.
