Prostitution is illegal in all the states and should be kept illegal in all the states.
Who becomes a prostitute? Victimized girls and women. People in desperate sitauations. People with drug problems.
It's not a legitimate business venture, as someone else has suggested.

They won't be doing this again for a while. It appears that the group who conducted the sting didn't advise all of the proper chanels, and 2 SC cops and 1 SC asst da were also picked up in the sting.
Classic case of one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing.

By any chance does naybody have a copy of the article or know the names of the guys they picked up. Unfortunatly I live in this area and I would like to know more information about this. I can not seem to find the article on newsday.com . Personally I think they should lock those guys up to teach them a lesson. Who knows how many other times they did this. I hope they all get tested and if any of these guys are married or have girlfriends I really hope they do not pass along anything to them.

why do you need to know their names? God forbid people should be having sex. Public enemy #1. Perhaps you should be more worried about the child molesters roaming your area instead.

The truth is that if we got all the names of people that have beeen arrested for this crimes we would probably be in shock to learn that a lot of the people that we know have been arrested for this.This society is saturated with hypocrits, starting with janitors to bank managers and even p.os.Just look at Mr. Spitzer,who was the D.A. at one time and perfectly knew what could happen to his family and carreer but still messed up.The people that get apprehended on this stings need proffessional help not jail time.They know that just by asking an undercover their entire life is over,so let me ask you this question,why would they do it?Problems at home,of course trauma caused by a spouse's infidelity.Some people are strong, some people are weak.
