* Electricity use went down by 20,000 kilowatt hours. That's 8 percent less, saving $5,000. Over two- and three-year periods the savings were even greater. The schools' electric bill last year was $18,750 less than three years ago, adjusting for current rates.

This is exactly what you can expect from Evan the Liar Katz; "$18,750 less than three years ago, adjusting for current rates. " He conveniently forgot to mention energy costs were at record highs three years ago. Why is it so important to bring things up where you feel it necessary to use "adjusted for current rates" That’s a tactic only manipulators, deceivers and liars use.
