Apparently the high school teacher was receiving a stipend to coordinate the mentor training. I don't understand why another principal or asst principal couldn't take this on or even one of the curriculum directors. Why would you post this outside for someone who will probably be receiving
a one time fee of $1000-$1500. Something isn't right here.

There is plenty that isn't right here. Next thing will be stipends for teachers and administrators for washing their hands after using the restroom.

We have the final say we need to attend town meeting a vote against the merger. And at the ballot box. Do not vote for any members vote them out. Also take the bull by the horns if you complain here then do something about it run for SC. I will be running in 2012 for Townsend there are a few up next year let them know by running against them that this is suppose to be for the kids not MM's power trip. Also attend the meeting when her contract is up and demand she be let go. We the people are in charge they just need to know it. Take Arnie Silva he is just plain arrogant and think that he knows best yet he is just a mouth piece and rubber stamp for the superintendent, just watch them at the meetings it is like and old friends meeting. Nobody on the board will stand up to him. Get out and vote replace the NM school committee and vote against MM power trip at your town meeting.

LOL Running for school committee? That's a good one. Okay, you can run on your platform of "more dirty books for summer reading" but remember Dr Marshall's proven record of leadership will win again.

Lets look at it MM leadership:

1 Closed two schools.
2 Moved her office into one of the closed schools.
3 Suppose to quit Quabbin job and only be NM super
4 Took teachers away from NM they now work for Quabbin
5 Put entire school lunch workers out of work
6 Outsourced school cafeteria putting retiree's on SS which they did not pay into.
7 Makes deals with vendors who are in Quabbin district to give discounts if she gets them into NM
8 Hired two educators from the Lawrence School system which is the worst in the state as leaders here and said she hopes they will bring that experience here.
8 Neglected repairs for the high school and now she is trying to push a merger down our throats to get the repairs.
9 Feeds Proed mom the kool-aid to defend her.

Maureen Marshall is an awful leader of the district and will not be given another contract the school committee is under her control and we can change that if you vote for any incumbant you are voting for Maureen Marshall. When you go to vote do not vote for any current member and to all parents run against them we need a school committee that is for the kids and will remove MM and her rubber stamp. Proed mom my platform for running is that I am for the kids and if that is funny to you I am afraid to think of what you are for.

Pro ed mom works for the district and that explains her effusive and ingratiating praise of the superintendent. It's hard to be objective when you have the superintendent to thank for your job. I guess when pro ed mom wasn't selected by Arnie Silva and the Pepperell BOS to fill the recent vacancy on the NMRSD school committee (Pepperell representative), she thought she'd try sucking up to someone else. If you're wondering what she is for, the answer is anything she's spoon fed at the central office.

A partial list of Dr. Marshall's cost savings initiatives. Poorly written and only a partial list, but a start. These people are fools and while they are throwing rocks at our schools Dr. Marshall's leadership is saving the day. Go read more dirty books and leave education to the experts.

And the jokes just keep coming. Enough of the "comedy" (it's more like a tragedy)...time to get back to work in the district, Connie...you're on the taxpayers' dollar now.

Well since the Superintendent's office, et al has moved to Peter Fitz, could she keep an eye out the window for any first graders leaving Varnum Brook during school hours. Thank you.

I think not. The good doctor will probably be curled up with a good book (from the reading list) and sipping her top shelf beverage.

I forgot to mention that the sped director and her assistant are budgeted for 190,000 this year that is about 110,000 to much and who knows what she makes imagine the admin taking a 20% pay cut end of problem. Here are a few more things that MM has given us:

1 Changing sped transportation to get money back for Quabbin.(check the Quabbin SC minutes)
2 40 local drivers and monitors out of work.
3 Poor MCAS scores for kindergarten students.
4 Money used to see if we should go through with a merger when it has no chance of passing all three towns.

Pro ed mom considers these saving I wonder if she was axed by MM if she would feel the same. Hey pro ed mom have you ever worked in the private sector I doubt it. Is there a loud popping sound when you leave work if so it is your head separating from MM a@%. You know charmin will get that brown spot off of your nose. When the parents take over the SC I would be shaking if I were you.

Someone said the reading list should be age appropriate. Grover's parents need to supervise the material he reads.

It's not Peter Fitz anymore,or Central Office. It's the NMRSD Education Center. There's a lot of rooms they need to fill up with administrators to educate the children.

Ya, maybe she can go pick them up instead of the police. No one will ever find out.

If she did, these 1st graders would then be back in the same school they would have been if she didn't close Peter Fitz to save money in the first place.

Did I make any sense with what I just wrote? Seems like a game of musical chairs with these school building, well except instead of chairs/schools being removed, they get added.

Did I make any sense with what I just wrote? Can the Pepperell PK now go back to Peter Fitz? Say how can School District rename the building if the Town of Pepperell owns it?

Thank you
