Boy the cost of these studies have gone up ten fold in the last five years.

Here we go folks..... 750K now, 2 million next year, 35 million after that.... all to add an addition to a building that should probably be replaced???
You all understand that the six member regional school committee has complete uncontrolled authority to borrow as much money as they want to do anything they want and then send a bill to the towns for repayment, right?
No other municipal entity, including the board of selectmen, have that authority
Six people deciding the fate of the economic viability of two towns is circumvention of and an affront to democracy.
This is how we teach our kids about governing for the people, by the people?

Forget about the cost compared to 10 years ago. The number given before the town meetings in March was $200K for the study. So what else is going to cost almost 4 times as more than what they told the towns?

Just about everything as the bogus plans that were used to justify the ALS merger were just truncated to AS when a few select members from Lburg threw the deal.
